I heat my wood working shop with one of these and a small fan. Even with temps at 10BELOW for days at a time, this little jewel (and my little fan) kept my outside, detached 12x16 shop at a moderate 45 to 50 degrees -- set on low with moderate fine adjustment. My fan behind the heater blowing up through the louvered fins did a great job. When I came in to work, I simply set the temp to medium for a half hour or so and then was forced to set it back. Easy to use and inexpensive on the electric bill.

This is a great heater that does its job well! I was skeptical about buying a heater at all, including this one when I very first got it, but my central unit went out and the cold made it hard to even function outside of my bed (lol). I turned it on expecting instant heat like you get from fan heaters, however that was not the case - BUT after about an hour or two, I realized I made the best decision choosing this heater! My bedroom was perfectly warm. I even had to turn the air conditioner on for a little bit after feeling just how warm it had gotten. I've had it for almost a month now and it still works beautifully even after leaving it on practically all day for days at a time. I turn it to the highest setting to get things warm initially, and then drop it down to medium or even low and the heat stays toasty and constant. It truly does heat up the entire room. However, keep your expectations proportionate. I put it in my living room (which has a ceiling around 12 ft. at the highest point) and is on an open floor plan connected to the kitchen and dining area and the heat was of course less concentrated than in my closed bedroom - But that is expected. Overall, it is a wonderful heater!

I use it in my bedroom, which is 15x15. Heats up the room well. Doesn't seem to make it much more dry than it already is. Savings wise, I was a little disappointed after using it exclusively for a month; my electric bill went up $100, but I must admit that it was on almost constantly. My gas bill also dropped $25 as a result of setting my thermostat to 65f. I seriously doubt it would ever save money, but my gas heat is forced air, and my neighbors cigarette smoke gets vented into my unit when I use it, so using this oil heater provides for other benefits that make it useful in the winter, in my use case.

I am using this in the living room/kitchen area of my 38ft Fifth wheel RV. I love being able to choose between 600, 900, or 1500 watt heat settings., as fulltime trailer living can be a challenge if running multiple electrical items at the same time. I have used both the 900 & 1500 watt settings and have not tripped the breaker with standard household items in use (ie, TV, Wi-FI router, lamp, laptop and cell phones charging). I'm not noticing a burn off smell that I have read has been an issue with some brands, and requires a few days of use before the smell goes away. I chose the design with knobs as I like the idea of being able to plug it in to a smart home device in order to turn it on/off over Wi-Fi. Although, I have not tried this yet. Metal unit is sturdy and is keeping a very drafty 10 x20 area at a steady and comfortable temperature.

I live in AZ and we do have cold nights in the winter. I realized that we needed an additional heater in the bedroom as the master bedroom gets a good bit colder than the rest of the house. This was a great addition and puts out just enough heat that our bedroom is not too hot but just comfortable. It heats up quickly and cools down quickly too. For safety, we do not sleep with it on but will turn it off right before bed. If you are in need of something similar-- definitely pick this up.

Two settings, 750w and 1,500 watts, with analogue temperature dial. Set to750w and middle of the dial, provided a steady low heat to the basement all winter.

this silent heater takes about 20 minutes to get going then puts out enough heat to heat my home office until toasty. Did I mention that it is quiet.

First, I like that this is a recognized brand name, not some weird name like Goobmash or Grokmul, (OK, I made those up, but you get the point), and the fact that they had the option of good old fashioned controls, which based on my experience, are more durable than electronic controls, which can be more susceptible to heat. Also this was just going in my enclosed front porch/office, under my desk, so remote/appearance was not an issue. A little smell at first start up, not unexpected with anything that heats up with oil, faded after about an hour. does a fine job of heating up this small room, even on low with thermostat set low. A good value in my opinion, at 20 bucks cheaper than the electronic version.
