I wish the grill came with a top. The food doesn’t grill properly

online it said, grill/griddle...there isno way to griddle. t

Took forever to heat up and never got hot enough to cook vegetables.

I don’t like it. Can I return it. I don’t have the box

Bad product not even worth a penny

Grill took to long to cook even when left on high heat for extended time. Suggest surface temperature should be increased.
