I bought this knowing it would not replicate cooking on a real BBQ but it's just doesnt get hot enough. The food with the burned marks in the pictures are deceptive unless you want to leave your hamburger buns on the grill for 45 minutes you might start to see some burning. I give one star because it lets drip the bad fat at the bottom so you eat healthier.

I bought this order i used only once it’s so bad very unsafe I don’t like it doesn’t work well the temperature key very small you couldn’t adjust the temperature i return it the same day since mid of May until now I don’t reserve my refund It’s more than 16 day’s according to the seller said i spouses to get my money back tomorrow Friday well see.

On the first time I used it the temperature was very hot great Sears but then the second time the grill didn’t leave sear marks on steak and chicken and it took so long to cook. It was quicker cooking in oven

Not only did it take a hour + to cook chicken thighs but make a greasy mess all over

Garbage. Replacement unit lasted 2 months

It smokes and doesn't do well with thicker meats

Didn’t get hot and didn’t cook well at all.
