Es para cortes delgados y salmon sale rapidisimo ...muy practico para una Familia pequeña por el area del asador electrico. Tan rapido que pierde la emocion del asado.😁

Totalmente recomendable. Cuando la compre no le tenia mucha Fe por los comentarios que leí sobre que no cocinaba bien, pero creo que es porque no consideran que tiene diferentes zonas de calor. El único tema es que la siento un poco pequeña. Esta bien como para una o dos personas pero sin son más tendrían que ver si hay un modelo más grande o considerar comprar dos. Les dejo unas fotos para que vean como cocina y se den una buena idea del tamaño real.

Did a great Brazilian barbecue inside my house during winter, it was excellent, it was a good size and grilled enough food for 4 people. The only tip is, cover the water tray with aluminum foil make it so much easier to clean the grease later. It fits in the dishwasher and it is dishwasher safe.
