Most likely fake. I own many skirts in this brand and none of them have been this short or small.

The skirt was not well made and the material was thin and see-through.

I'd ordered this in white. Unfortunately, I sent it back because you'd need to be very discerning with your underpants when choosing to wear this. Maybe I'll consider one of the other colors at a later date.

Ordered an XS but it must be an XS for a child as I can not even fit one leg into the skirt and there was not enough stretch to even try. Definitely not true to size.—Edit to add the skirt was not even Penn; it was Champion brand.
