It worked fine Bluetooth is amazing real working radio stations but....It works fine until I needed to charge it. The. charger was broke when I bought it and I have contacted the seller to no surprise no response. I have tried to contact them 3 times and nothing. Waste of money. If I ever get a response I may change my review but until then you get a ZERO STAR,!!!!!!! You should start sending back up chargers or check your products before you let them leave the lot it would make an easier job for you and the company. Now what ?????????????

Despite what the description says… This is NOT 4 Wheel Drive !

Ordered this for my son's 2nd birthday. Put it together the day it arrived. It's fairly simple to put together. Charged the battery over night. Turned it on, it made all the sounds, the radio played, but the jeep wouldn't move forward or backward with the petal or the remote. The remote could make the wheels turn left or right, but it wouldn't move. After doing some research, this is actually quite common with this. I emailed the company a lengthy email about what was going on. They responded fairly quickly with a generic email stating "please tell us more about the problem you're having" Umm, I really couldn't have been more specific with the problem. This is also a common problem with this company I've found by reading others. The customer service is awful. So, I contacted amazon, and as always amazon's customer service is the absolute best. They refunded my money immediately. I will not be re-purchasing this. I will find a more reliable brand to purchase. Very bummed for my kiddos birthday however.

You cannot purchase the remote separately. This is problematic; big truck, no remote.

This thing was dope the first year we had it. We have had it 2 years and it has seen very limited use since we dont have a ton of area to ride this thing. It was always remote driven. One day it just didnt work. The power button lights up but nothing else happens. Customer support takes over a week to answer any inquiry by email. Due to the back and forth, it took over a month to get final support, which was a copy of the manual for troubleshooting, which hilariously doesnt account for any of the symptoms we were having. Not helpful at all. So after 2 years of hardly being used, I have a really nice looking jeep lawn ornament.

First off , I’m someone that never writes reviews. However, with this purchase I had to. We have not been able to use this Jeep since purchasing. Once correctly assembled, the rear tires go in opposite directions. Rear left tire goes in reverse while the rear right tire goes forward and vice versa. Thus, the Jeep does not move. We called bestchoiceproducts and they sent us a new rear left gear. The new left gear they sent however looked really old/used. Come to find out, it isn’t even the correct gear for the jeep. It’s much smaller and the wiring is different. The Jeep was easy to assemble , giving it 5 stars. However , everything else I gave 1 star because we haven’t even been able to use it because of the malfunction and am still waiting for a correct solution. We have now called 3 times , trying to get this jeep to work. Included are pictures of the replacement gearbox they sent us. Also, I’d like to mention their first solution was for us to take it all apart and assemble it again lol.

The product itself is not bad product but the battery life span on the car and their customer service policy are awful. My 3 year old barely used if over the 1.5 years he had it. We would take it out maybe once every 3 weeks for 15 min. I notice the battery is barely keeping the charge so i reached out to the manufacture and ask for them to give me the battery specification and maybe even instruction on how to replace the battery on my own. Their answer was because its been over 90 days they cant help. They cant even give me the info. Also, there is no replacement for the battery. So after one year of barely use, they are telling me i have to buy a whole new car instead of just offer to sell a battery? I will not buy any of their products because of that.

it was working fine however, now the Truck only moves in Reverse gear and will not drive forward after only 3 months with minimum usage!. The batteries are fresh within the Remote control and it is paired properly. There was no damage to the package upon arrival and No damages appear to have been caused during shipping. I took the toy truck outside like normal and pressed forward, it would not move forward. My 4year old daughter was sitting in the Truck at the time. I had her press the gas pedal and nothing happened. I took my child out of the truck and switched the gear to reverse myself. It goes backwards without any problems. I have used the truck only 5 times before without any issue. The company response is that it is out of the warranty window. No further assistance was provided other then an attachment of the manual that came with the truck. This is a big ticket item and I feel cheated out of my money for this defective toy.

We were very excited about this jeep, but we waited to put it together until last night. My daughters birthday is today. It was great when we first started down the PAVED ROAD. After about 30 minutes the controller stopped moving the wheels though . The steering wheel moves the wheels but now the controller will not move them from side to side, the part in the attached picture just spins. It worked great at first. I am in shock that after 30 minutes of light use it has broken. So I got on to chat with the company and all they would offer me was 15% refund or I could take it all apart, and take it to FedEx and they could send me a new one. Well, as we had customized the jeep and my daughter has now seen it, it’s not possible for me to take it all apart and return it. I am extremely disappointed in this product and now my daughter probably won’t use it because she’s 2 and can’t steer it herself yet. Waste of money. I will be talking to amazon to see what can be done.

Product description said it has 3 speeds but there is only one speed it runs at and it starts with a jerk, my child is scared to ride on it
