The main thing battery lasted 3 months product on used 6 times and battery would no longer work. Spent money on extended warranty. The tech line said this is a common problem battery usually last 6 months. He recommended to go to batteries plus to buy a new one or may have same issue. So after 6 rides we had to spend 40$ to get it running. Update battery didn’t fix it, the new on off button, the wiring harness, a fuse,a box under the hood, a new front motor, new back motor. Guess what still doesn’t work and they want to try a couple switches. I have been asking for a refund or replacement Jeep. I keep getting they will talk to the supervisor and I will hear back in a couple of days. I’ve lost track with how many hours I’ve been on hold and my husband has spent putting on replacement parts. This is all with the extended warranty. Biggest piece of S#*t I have bought in a long time.

Easy to assemble if they would of shipped me all the parts.. Bought my son a gift for his birthday thought it was going to be awesome seeing his face light up when I'm remotely controlling his new truck in the driveway, hard enough dealing with this epidemic, but the night before his birthday I was going to assemble the truck have it charged ready to go (again can't have a party due to circumstances right now in the world), only to find out that the manufacturer which ships this item in two boxes didn't check their product very well and I'm missing the front axle which is a very important part for a driving toy, contacted the best choice on Friday and they said it'd take them 7-10 business days to ship me it now can you imagine my sons reaction when he got this awesome toy and can't even use it! Very dissapointed at the whole situation, Thanks best choice products!

This is our second BCP Jeep. The first is 1.5 years old and works great (better after replacing the original battery). We assembled this jeep and noticed that the mirror housing was broken. We were willing to accept that damage because our son's 2nd birthday is just 1 week away. Unfortunately, however, the motor does not work. We chatted with customer service and had no luck. My husband looked at it and our handyman did as well. It's the motor. We are so disappointed. It won't even start. BCP will not expedite a new Jeep nor will they tell us the best color to purchase to try and get it to arrive on time. They also will not give us an exact arrival date. In addition, we will have to disassemble the broken Jeep to return it. We had to purchase the replacement Jeep and hope they will refund our money for the broken Jeep when they receive it.

We bought this for our son's second birthday in July. Honestly, he was scared of it at first so it was barley used. In October it stopped working all together. We purchased the warranty package for this item (DO NOT BUY) b/c previous reviews stated you need it. We thought that since we could purchase a warranty that this item was safe to buy and it made us feel a little more assured. WRONG!!! We are still fighting to get this resolved with the warranty company (it's been a month so far). So word to the wise....Don't buy this, it won't work long. If you still decide to buy, don't waste your money on the warranty b/c you will just go in circles and never get a resolution.

Run don't walk. This is a complete waste of time and money. This was supposed to be my son's main Christmas gift. Although my husband assembled it quickly without much trouble and it initially charged as instructed the remote wouldn't pair to the truck. It looked as though if my son might have been able to drive it himself if he were able to. The whole reason we went with this was to safely introduce him to this until he was able. We contacted the company, went through the process over the phone and asked for a replacement remote. After it arrived and also failed to work we could choose to keep it or go through all the trouble of sending it back and choose to be refunded or risk trying it again. That was it. No other services available. This all took quite awhile and was very discouraging especially for the money paid. Very upset about ruining my sons Christmas present.

The Jeep looks great and is pretty easy to assemble but it’s missing a crucial part! Nothing worse than spending the time to set something up and getting your kid excited only to not be functional. They forgot the steering column washer and nut. Just brutal to have it assemble but not driveable.

Purchased this Jeep for Christmas for our son, put it by the tree for Christmas and it doesn’t turn....AT ALL. The steering in the front is jammed or just not working so all it does is go forwards and backwards. We tried to get ahold of customer service for weeks via phone and e mail, I would spend upwards of an hour on hold and I never once spoke with a human being. I gave them some extra time and tried to be patient due to the holidays and still nothing. Amazon made it right, and I appreciate THEIR customer service GREATLY, but am VERY disappointed with Best Choice. I have learned never to purchase expensive toys online EVER. It is a much safer bet to get it from the store where you can directly speak with a human being or bring it back if there are any issues.

I purchased this for my 2 yr old grandson for Christmas, we live in Colorado and due to the weather he was only able to ride it a few times in winter. It started warming up in April and he was able to ride it a few times before it died. I could do nothing but contact the seller and was told it had a 60 day warranty & basically to bad. They did send me trouble shooting ideas but nothing worked the Jeep is still dead. So my grandson has a piece of worthless piece of plastic. I spoke with Amazon and they looked on their website for the warranty, she couldn't see anywhere where it stated it only had a 60 day warranty. If I would have seen that when I was looking at it I wouldn't have bought it, that says a lot about a product. So Beware, they certainly don't stand by their product!

We have had this product for 2 years and have constantly had to work on it. Replace the battery, etc. It has finally died completely. Radio never worked, and our son has barely had opportunity to ride it much. Battery would die after 10 to 15 minutes of riding. After few months we replaced the battery and have gone through 5 batteries in couple of years. He loves his jeep. So now we have to find a back up for him. Not getting this one again.

So disappointed. We bought this for our son as a Christmas gift. We put it together 4 days before Christmas and charged it for the 18 hours. Christmas morning came and we had it parked on the driveway for him. He jumped right in it, went to start it, it made the rev'ing engine sound and then NOTHING - only a really annoying beep then everything shut off. We've been trying to charge it, but nothing is happening. Seriously makes me feel like mom of the year. I noticed the black wire is hot glued to the battery...and I'm not sure it's supposed to be that way. Even if we buy a new battery, we'll ruin the black wire trying to get it off the old battery and attach it to the new battery since it's hot glued The manual is of no help what so ever. No detailed instructions of visuals so you can see how things should look. Battery is not getting warm like other reviewers have said. Reading the other reviews, I'm dreading having to deal with this company. What an awful product to put out on the market to customers!
