UPDATE: 6 months later and my son still loves his Jeep but the battery will not hold a charge. He gets maybe 5 minutes of use until it slowly runs to a stop. This is really disappointing because my son loves to ride in it. I’m going to see if we can replace the battery but this new problem is knocking off a few stars. This thing is awesome! It’s my sons Christmas present so he hasn’t used it yet. But my husband and I tested out the remote and it’s so cool! Our son is only a year and a half so he won’t really be able to control it himself yet. That’s why I love that this has a remote for the parent. I can direct where he goes. It looks very sleek and well built. I recommend looking up a YouTube video on how to assemble it because it’s a little confusing. Only 4 stars because it doesn’t go as fast on grass. Pavement is great but grass is a little slow.

This product is junk. My 30 pound 3 year old son drove it for a few months on soft pavement and the rear axle completely snapped. It was outside the “90” day window so upon contacting best choice they said there’s nothing they can do. So out 300$ with a disappointed son, literally got to drive it a handful of times. I cannot stress enough how cheap and crappy this product truly is. Look elsewhere

Not Recommended... We really wanted to like this Jeep. Our son loves it. However, after only 3 months the car will not drive in low gear and when the remote is paired the vehicle starts to go haywire turning back/forth and accelerating/decelerating on its own. Being that the remote was a main selling point, to be able to have some sort of safety over my kiddo, its a bit disappointing. It was fun while it lasted but $250 for 3 months of use is hardly worth it. After contacting BCP we were told the car is "outside of warranty". I guess I should have done my due diligence, a 60 day warranty period should have been a warning sign of high failure rate. After looking at other reviews it seems like they've shortened this period even (some reviews say they were told 6 months, others 90 days...). If I were to do it again I'd look at other brands.

HELP! Our jeep will not hold charge whatsoever and it’s only two years old, rode rarely at Grandma’s, stored covered and in her garage, and well taken care of! Anyone else have this issue? My LO’s are so upset!!! 😭 Hoping a battery replacement will do the trick?! Anyone have any suggestions PLEASE I’m desperate!!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Just saying this not like cold weather. In colder weather the battery does not charge or hold his charge very well. I was expecting more for $350

My daughter got the car Christmas of 2019 and drove it around four times before the final accident. I had been noticing small glitches using the parental control but writing them off as my daughter flipping a switch until the last incident happened where the car accelerated full speed in reverse flipping the Jeep front end over rear on top of my 5yo daughter who luckily was injury free den the incident. The manufacturer made it much more difficult than it needed to be all I requested was to return the item as my daughter is obviously scared of it now and after many emails and representative and filling out claim forms releasing the company from any responsibility the are allowing me to return even though all of this happened within 60 days of purchase 30 if you count she didn’t open it until Christmas.

Well overall this is an absolutely amazing Jeep. The thing that made me super upset is the fact that we payed all that money and ordered a BLACK Jeep for our SON and we got instead a PINK Jeep........ like it even said and showed on our order that we where getting BLACK but as soon as my husband opened it we found out it was pink. I did not even want to go through the return process and it taking even longer for my baby to get his toy so I went and got some spray paint and just painted it BLACK.... All that aside this is an absolutely amazing jeep. It runs well and is definitely a lot of fun to play with, with my baby boy. Definitely recommend a long as they get your color correct.....

Parents, beware of safety issues. Reverse has only one speed level- FAST. My 3 year old drove it for 5 mins before rolling over completely with the reverse speed, trapping him underneath and getting hurt. I’m sure inexperience has something to do with it, but the ease of roll over makes it a significant safety issue that your should consider. We returned the product immediately.
