Ok. For the parents who bought this for there kid and wasnt asked to give a review. I bought this car first off shipping was later than what they said on amazon and fedex by a week. Second my daughter is only 21 months. Yes she loves the car but even with the shocks the ride is bmvery bumpy, shocks are to stiff. 3rd weve had this for 3 days now and have been on 4 rides. The tires are trash and the rubber wont stay on. Tried gluing with no luck so had to actually cut them a little, stretch and screw down to stay in place, motors are very weak. RADIO good concept but with how loud the car is while driving, motors running, plastic wheels moving, the car Is to loud to even hear the radio on full blast. Head lights and all that worked fine. Now to the last thing. I've tried moving the antenna around a couple times but constantly lose connection with the remote. This is the worst buy I've even done on amazon especially for $50 more on the internet a site sells ride ons with rubber wheels and all upgrades and will ship out warranty parts no problems. BCP is terrible quality for the price of $260

Bought this for my son's 2nd birthday. Made the mistake of buying it a 6 weeks prior to his birthday which essentially meant that almost half of the 90 day warranty period expired. That was my bad for buying it to early. He has used the Jeep on and off since September, but not more than 10 times as he is still a bit young for it. We got it out this weekend to play with and it turns on, but won't drive. We went back to the manual which did not help, we have reached out to their customer support for help, but all we were told was the product is outside of the 90 day warranty. Not even any help in regards to paying for replacement parts to get it fixed. Bad experience. Bottom line: 90 DAY WARRANTY - Be Careful. Poor customer support - Product shouldn't break after minimal usage.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! We bought 2 of the red jeeps for our twins. Their bday is Sept 12 so last fall it was already cold here in NY by then. They got 3 rides on them. 3!! We covered them up and put them in the garage for the fall/winter. Fast forward to yesterday when we brought them out and charged them. Neither one turns on. Tried a different outlet just to make sure and chargers. Nope. Both completely dead. Put in 2 new batteries, new chargers as well from Target again making sure somehow the batteries weren't good? Neither will even turn on. Six hundred dollars down the drain and 2 very sad 3 year old little boys. No help either from company. You're outside warranty. You can buy 2 new ones if you'd like? Absolutely not! Stay away from this company's products. At least this one. They weren't even given a chance to enjoy them and this was their only birthday present for them. I couldn't be more upset.

We bought this last summer for my son’s birthday. Assembly was not too terrible. We have always stored it in the garage, it has never been rained on, and we have never charged it longer than the directions say to. This spring when we got it out for the first time the car started driving itself. It would reverse at a high rate of speed when the car was in forward and no one was touching the gas. The remote didn’t work at all even after replacing the batteries. Obviously not safe for a child to use. I contacted the company and was told there wasn’t anything they could do and to try unplugging and replugging all of the wires. I tried this and now it sort of works. With the remote we can only use the forward and direction buttons, none of the others work. So we aren’t able to stop the car which was the appeal as our son is 3 and still learning to drive it. The battery barely holds a charge and we are constantly having to plug it in. My son does love it but I would definitely not recommend this at all after all of the problems we’ve had with it and the poor customer service.

This item came in separate shipping packages which was not an issue except the time in between it took to get it all to put I together. One order with almost a week in between the two separate packages. Quality is not good and item is over priced considering what was advertised this is junk. Now I know nothing will be done about it cause people can flash advertise and rob you by overpriced something cheaply made. But this thing does not have the power that was advertised it drives fine but it has trouble through rough terrain like the batteries dying. I am disappointed in the seller. I wish you the best. To everyone who is thinkin about buying from this seller or buying this brand, I pray you get your money worth cause I did not. Will fix review when this is made right.

Ordered this truck for my son's birthday and assembled it seemingly without any problems. I hooked up the battery and charged it overnight but the truck wouldn't turn on at all (not moving, but the lights would momentarily flash if you moved the steering wheel back and forth). I rechecked the battery connection, charging cord insertion, and moved it to a different outlet but once again it wouldn't turn off after another 12 hours of charging. I called customer support which answered promptly and tried to walk me through troubleshooting the problem which involved using a multimeter to see if the motors were being powered correctly. Since they were unable to fix the issue, they tried to be quite helpful in sending another replacement truck (they let me keep the first truck but I donated it to an engineer friend of mine who similarly can't find a way to fix it so at least I'm not the only one that can't get it to work). Fastfoward a week and the new one has arrived and after assembly/charging, we have the exact same issue! It could be that I'm the biggest idiot in the world but this time I even watched their assembly video and searched for similar troubleshooting situations to no avail.

I once got this product for my daughter as I looked at the reviews and other people talk about this product. I can tell you that this truck while it looks good a terribly made and doesn’t last. After a week the battery and electrical system doesn’t work correctly and will power on like it works and then stops like the battery is dead even after a day of charging as told in the instructions. The AUX PORT is broken after using it three times. I am guessing that you could say that maybe it is just a bad truck and not a true indication of what the truck and company really is but it sucks that after a week it already doesn’t work right. When the truck works it’s awesome but it’s a big if and when. Most of the problems I believe is because the product is from China and trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke. Buy at your own risk.

Bought this expensive ride on truck for my 1 year old daughter. Just now using it since we live in an unfavorable climate. She has used it 3 times and the steering has broke already! Company won’t refund, or replace because it has been JUST 60 days since purchase. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCT TO ANYONE AGAIN! Feel sorry for the people I did recommend to.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! We bought this for our 1 year old in April 2020 and it’s now July 2020. We maybe use it once a week and are very gentle on it. Got it out the other day and it literally has NO power. It will hardly go on blacktop and the voltage goes down to 4 just going straight. It doesn’t even have enough power to turn or reverse. I contacted customer service, didn’t ask for a refund or anything but just asked for advice on what could be the issue so we could fix and all they said is that it only has a 60 day warranty and they couldn’t help. Again, I DID NOT ask for a refund or replacement! I just wanted help with what might be wrong. I replied to them saying that again and AGAIN all they said is they can’t help because it’s out of warranty. Don’t waste your money on this! My husband is going to try and fix it but it’s only 3 months old and shouldn’t be having problems when we baby it! CRAP! Customer service is a JOKE!

I bought this jeep for my 3 yr old son. My husband and I opened the box to put it together on Christmas eve and did so without any problems. When we initially opened the "hood" there was 1 loose wire that looked like it should be connected to something, but we could not find where it might go, so we just left it alone. The manual said that we should charge the jeep for 18 hours before the first use, which we did. Once the 18 hours was up we attempted to start the jeep and nothing. We put it back on the charger for another 6 hours and once we took it off it still did nothing. My son was trying to drive it and when he turned the steering wheel the front lights lit up briefly for about 1 minute and then went back off. We checked all the wires that were actually connected to make sure they were plugged in tight and still nothing. I have a very disappointed 3 yr old and for the money we spent for this jeep my husband and I are disappointed as well. I'm now going to have to pay only God knows what to ship this item back. My son really likes the jeep, but I'm afraid if I just get a replacement I will have to deal with the same thing of it not working.
