The truck itself is nice but it was delivered damage with a cracked rear light and the remote doesn't work. The company Best Choice been giving me the run around about fixing the problem and my granddaughter birthday is in 2 weeks now she have to ride a damaged truck in front of everyone. I am very upset I spent my hard earn money on this crap that no one wants to fix. I should have went with Fisher Price this company sucks.

Be careful if your child tries to drive it on an angle it will roll over.

So the Jeep is a great item. My kid loved it. The only issue I had is it’s dead in my garage. Stopped working less than 6 months. I assume it may be a battery issue. Haven’t taken it to someone to look at. Don’t have the extra dollars at this time.

How do I get it to charge ? It has been on charge for four days and it is still not charge. Please help paid too much money for him npt to be able to ride again.Checked all wires all are in tack still can't get it to charge 02/22/20

The battery life is not even close to what they advertise, we may get 30 minutes out of a charge. He's 27 pounds!

Lacks power even when second battery installed in parallel. Cheap drive motors. Assembly was easy. Remote works great.

The battery only lasted 1 season before it would no longer take a charge. Having a hard time finding a replacement. Was fun while it lasted.

Jeep very realistic. Granddaughter loves it. She is only 4. It was the highlight of her day. However the jeep was scratched up upon arrival. The vehicle had scrubs and scratches allover. The box was ripped and missing cardboard. Item was purchased for Christmas gift. Not enough time for a exchange .We were disappointed with the appearance. My granddaughters smile and delight were worth it. We should have made a exchange but after she saw it she wouldn't let go. She rubs and kisses it daily.
