We have had this jeep for 7months and recently it will run for 2-3 minutes then shut off run for 2-3 minutes and shut off, The wiring under the hood is getting very hot and tripping the safety, I do not recommend this jeep to anyone who has kids who just want to ride as it will not last!

Car looks great and we were quite happy seeing such a nice close to real looking car. First dis-appointment: Assembly took a couple hrs despite Amazon site telling the product not needing any assembly. so far so good, my son drove this a few times in and out but then it stopped working despite several attempts of charging etc. We are probably out of return window also, will try contacting Amazon to se if they can help, but quite a dis-appointing experience for such a costly product.

I purchased this with very high hopes given it has so many great reviews. Luckily I’m impatient so I gave it to my son early for his 2nd bday. He got to ride it 2X then we set it in the charger after that it will not go forward or backward. Nothing. It’s turn in does the little rev up things then nothing else. Let me just say after doing much more research on the sellers website. This is apparently a major issue. I was within my time to return and don’t even get me started on trying to get that thing back apart to fit in the box 🙄 Once those little plastic piece snap in its almost impossible to get it back off. So I did mission accomplished. Ship and sent back to carrier back on the 4th of March they received it to their wares house. I have not seen my refund. Super disappointed in amazon for putting such high reviews and labeling this as “amazon choice” when it is a third party seller and they have done this to many people before but they are outside the 30 day return. Extremely disappointed. Please it looks so cool but don’t waste your money! Do your research!!

This was a very good remote control car and my son loved the thing, but recently the switch only seems to work one way (reverse) now my son is distraught that it doesnt work. i dont know how to reach out to the company to find a replacement. so im hoping they respond to this as we havent even had it a year yet!

So here is the scoop. When this toy is working, it is awesome! Remote is so cool. HOWEVER- once something goes wrong with the battery - the fun ends. I thought I could simply replace battery. Contacted BCP. During this time consuming interaction - being transfers to four different reps and having to start over each time- to be told.- NO there is no instruction on how to replace battery as it is not meant for replacement. Lol Then was told they do not carry a replacement battery for purchase even if you do figure out how to rewire. These do not have a easy disconnect like other rides ons. Also - the charger they provide causes expansion of battery if plugged in too long! This is why there are so many battery issues. This company is aware and does nothing. I’m sure I will find someone who can help me replace and wire this Jeep. Until then - it’s a huge paper weight 😳. If you want to pay $300 for something that will never make it a year then this is the ride on for you. Pay attention that most reviews are new purchases. Longevity is a big issue when company doesn’t offer a solution.

I received the car and spent over an hour to put it together. The very last step was to snap in the hubcaps. Then I discovered that I'd only been sent three. I emailed customer service asking them to send me the fourth and described it as the "shiny black hubcap." What I received was a matte grey hubcap. I've asked them multiple times for the fourth hubcap to match the others I have and their response is that anything they send out will also be grey because "that's my model." I bought this truck a little over a month ago... yet somehow they don't have a hubcap to match what I already have assembled. Their solution is that they want me to disassemble the ENTIRE truck and return it to them...... I will never buy anything from BestChoice again. Horrible customer service. Just figure out which 3 hubcaps came packaged with my truck and send me a fourth.

I purchased this product for my son for Christmas. We live in northeast Pennsylvania so 2 weeks ago was the first time we were able to actually use it and test it out. We can’t go more then 500 feet without the battery dying. I tried charging that battery all different time lengths even up to 24 hours thinking I wasn’t charging it long enough. Nothing made a difference. I contacted customer service and they wouldn’t help at all because it’s past 90 days of purchase even though we couldn’t use it until now. Try telling a 2 year old that your sorry his favorite toy can only be played with for 2 minutes before it doesn’t work anymore. The tears and pure disappointment my son has gone through with this product is awful. I’m sorry I ever purchased this crappy product. And if customer service is that bad after I spent over $300 on one of their products I will NEVER again buy a Best Choice brand product. Not only did they not offer to give a new battery to replace the defective battery provided but they didn’t even offer any solutions or even an apology that the product doesn’t work. The only apology was that it’s past 90 days. I gave this brand a chance and that’s my mistake I guess. In the future I’ll stick to the same priced name brand of power wheels that is known to work and known for good customer service.

I actually don’t know how well this will work. Just very upset with the fact that it came in about 50 pieces for me to put together.

First and foremost when I ordered this the company selling it takes care of the shipping, well almost a month after it was supposed to arrive and multiple correspondences with their “escalation team” (useless.) I found out that they delivered the item to essentially a random address, the only thing they got right was the house number. During these correspondences they told me “the item may have been given to your neighbor because you weren’t home please check there” (not at all o.k. and also not mentioned in their shipping information or policies), after I said it was nowhere to be found they told me “it was delivered and fedex confirms it was delivered”, so they basically told me to take a hike. Luckily the house it was delivered to eventually found my home and left a note saying he’d been trying to return it but here’s where to pick it up. Assembly is pretty meh, of course several holes didn’t line up so I had to drill new ones. Instructions are lacking. Electrical portion of assembly is a nightmare. Item itself is not even remotely rugged as it is depicted on their page. TLDR Pretty meh product, like 2/5 meh and god awful customer service on every level. They probably won’t ship it to the right address.

Delivered damaged and I figured go open hoping will work, unfortunately, tire broken remote broken not working at all, trying to call Amazon and seller but no luck. I was excited about it even wasn't cheap but bc was my son 2nd bday so we were so happy and exciting we try to have hope and open damage box but remote broken tire broken damage did not work at all Last min we had to run to wallmart to get him a gift And tried to call Amazon and seller no responded Do not want that money on it go to wallmert get one easy to return if it's damage
