It was broken

This was 3 months old. I already replaced one of the wheel motors on my dime as i thought it would be easier & faster than dealing with a return. When this happened I thought they surely would cover it... but no they ignored my request. Move on pick another unit with better reviews

It’s really rough on kids when stopping and accelerating. My poor baby jerks back and forth every time I slightly take my finger off the accelerator on the remote. There is no way to slow down without a sudden stop. Definitely need full body straps and even then he’d still hit the back of his head from the sudden stops.

It was nice toy for my son. However, be careful when you charge the battery. I charged may be too long and the battery is broken. I tried to order the battery, but they don't sell parts. Order one from Amazon, wrong size and can't return. If I know this is that easy top broken, I would buy warranty when I bought the car toy.

I loved how the car looks but when I looked at the back of the keep there was a whole piece missing and broken on the side ..

Bought it for my 1 year old who loves trucks and being outside. What child wouldn't love this. Husband assembled pretty easy. Just don't use power tools to put together. My 1 year old did break a botton on the steering wheel, that made me second guess how sturdy this truck actually is. Doesn't go up small hills in 1st gear, but can in 3rd. The remote feature was my selling point.

This unit had a connector with a displaced contact that would not allow the truck to run. I really didn’t get any help but once I fixed the connector all worked fine

Bought it for my nephew and he loved it. One major problem though was that the battery only lasted 4-5 months, considering the Jeep costs so much one would assume the manufacturer warranty would be more than a month. The Battery died only 4-5 months after purchase and they wouldn't replace it. I bought the insurance with it and they also don't cover batteries. So just be aware that the battery (most important thing in the Jeep) won't be replaced after ONLY 30 days. Maybe it was defective but I feel they should have at least honored that it wasn't a good batter and replaced it.

Very unhappy with this Jeep. Having problems with the battery after just a few months of getting it. Hoping the company will help resolve this issue.

Putting together was pretty easy. Back axle did come bent but was able to straighten it out and work with it. Towards the end noticed right fog light was missing. Have messaged the seller twice now and have not heard back. Will give 5 stars if I ever get missing fog light replaced. Overall my daughter (3yrs old ) loves her new car. She can control it for the most part and she knows I’m right there with the remote if she needs some help. She loves the radio and how she can connect iPod and play her music. She’s a car enthusiast and loves popping her hood open lol.
