I wish could give it a ZERO!! Bought this for my sons 1st year bday (may 2019) I was very happy with it and the remote control he loved it! And then he stopped using it like kids do! Then after a while he start using it again, I always Had it inside and took very good care or it! Last time he used it was may 2020 and we left for the summer, it was inside of my house for 5 months came back and it won’t start! I contacted the seller and they were awful they thought I wanted a new one, WELL NO!!! I just needed to know what the problem could be to get the part and FIX IT!! They were just bla bla bla sending me emails with “troubleshooting” long story short I bought a part (40 dollars part) that I thought maybe was the problem, well it wasn’t still doesn’t work! What really bothers me is that, maybe all together the car was used 1 full month! Still have the stickers and everything!! DONT BUY IT!! I spend 250 plus tax! For something that didn’t last !!! And customer service... NOT GOOD!! Very very unhappy with all this situation!!! Noe I have to toss it in the garbage!!!

Bought this for my grandson. He had a blast with it for over a year, then it just wouldn't start. We tested everything and determined that the power switch was not working. I contacted customer support and got an email that started with "I'm sorry your product is not working and after checking it is out of warranty and we can not help you." I began with my response with I was not asking for warranty work, I just wanted to know how to remove the power switch and if I could purchase another, just like in my original email. Now a week later I get another response and you guessed it, just like the first. I will say that the last line of the "canned email" stated that they would not send me a replacement part. So, BCP products, when and while they work, good, 4 stars; trying to get help after you spend $300.00, they won't give you the time of day. I can not recommend this product in good conscious. It is a shame because if they would offer continued support, then I would purchase another for my second grandchild.

Things seemed fine at first, we put this together and tested it around Christmas time when we bought it for our son (about 6 months ago), but due to weather it was not used much for a few months and has been used maybe a dozen times at most since then. It was stored in a very clean, very dry shed and is in great condition over all, hardly looks used. However, when we went to use it last time, the left and right steering were suddenly not working. The company has a measly 90 day warranty, and upon contacting them we were told they do not sell replacement parts so we can't even try to figure out which part went bad on our own that way.. I think it says a lot that something went out already as it is with such light use... I will be sure to never purchase from this company in the future and will spread the word to everyone I can, from friends to the Mom groups I am in on Facebook, to avoid buying with this company. Cheap poor product, severely lacking customer support and a waste of money. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Loved the truck, but unfortunately there was a defect in turning the steering wheel. One minute it locked the next min it drove, but made loud clicking noises when turning right/left. I reached out to best choice products (which wasn't the best), they "OFFERED" to replace the jeep and I never received it and have been waiting since Nov 2020, it's now going on Feb 2021 and still no replacement. I emailed them multiple times and all I'd get was the same answer, different person emailing. You will receive in 7-10 business days, I swear I think I was conducting business with a darn robot. I WAS PISSED... I sent one last email asking them did they think this was a joke, it's like they were playing psychological games and it surely wasn't funny. This was my grandson's birthday gift in Nov 2020 and they seemed as though they didn't give a hoot like they were all sitting back laughing sending the same reoccurring emails over and over and over again with just a few additional words which gave me a bit more hope to just hold on. But guess what???... I got the last laugh! Amazon refunded me $280+ without me having to ship the powerwheel back, now they have to come out their pockets. I wonder who's mad now HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Bought this for my son for Christmas. At first it was awesome and seemed to work well but being barely 2 he was scared of it. Now that summer is here and hes a bit older he finally started to ride it yesterday. I tried to turn the radio on and there was no sound. I also realized it didnt make the engine noises when I turned it on. The jeep has been stored indoors and barely been touched so I was surprised it wasnt working. I shouldnt have assumed I would have the standard 1 year warranty but after contacting the company I was told it was only a 60 day warranty. Thats a little ridiculous but ok. When asking how I can purchase replacement parts I was told they don’t sell them and the best they can do is suggest I try to find them online somewhere. Other than that there was nothing else they could do to help. What kind of company doesn’t sell replacement parts for something like this? Not to mention the rep was rude and didnt seem to care. If I had known I probably would have gone with a different brand. Luckily I know some handy people who im sure can figure out a solution. Costzon sells basically the same thing and from experience with their customer service on a different product I purchased I would recommend looking at their Jeep instead of this one.

It was difficult to assemble. And the control stopped working after 2 months. I bought this for my 1 year old and he was excited to use it but it stopped working. I cant return it and I regret buying this when there are cheaper options. We literally have it as a display because my son just pushes it around. Cant throw it away because it was expensive. DO NOT BUY!

Do not buy, seller is terrible and the warranty was pointless. The vehicle stopped working 3 months after purchase, we changed the battery and everything and nothing. It's a waste of money. Don't be me, and waste your money!!!

I bought this expensive toy for my toddler. Putting it together wasn't too bad though the instructions were signifigantly flawed regarding installing the axle, THEN slide the drive units onto the axle. If you do it in that order, you cannot slide the drive units onto the axle as the axle is now fixed to the frame and there is not enough slack in the wiring to get the drive units over the axle, so I uninstalled the axle and then you can slide the axle back and forth to get the drive units onto the axle. UNFORTUNATELY, once I had it all together and charged up, it would barely move. After a little investigation, I discovered that only one of the drive units works. I checked all the wiring to ensure nothing had come undone, all is well, the connections are soldiered so... One drive unit is defective. I requested a return and while it is advertised as "Prime free delivery" its NOT a prime item so I have to take it apart, repackage it, and pay for the return which will not be cheap and a waste of a bunch of my time. On the return I noted that I did not want to return it but have not received any support from the seller. Contacted the seller but expect they will not contact me and if they do I expect they will say tough luck, we don't carry replacement parts so, I'm guessing without Amazon's shipping clout, I will be looking at $100.00+ in shipping costs to return it, or keep a $200+ toy that is functionally useless. Bummer for me and the kiddo. I'll up-date this review if I hear back from the seller.

Everything else is working. However, when we push the power on button, we get the engine sound effect and then the horn immediately starts and doesn't turn off. There may be a electrical short at the PCB or maybe something isn't wired correctly? Only solution is to unplug the speaker completely. This kills any sound effect and the music/bluetooth features. Looked into initiating a return. Guess what? Amazon doesn't accept it for this product. Went to the manufacturer's website, they don't take returns if you purchased off of Amazon. Great! We'll just deal with it I guess. Hopefully no other issues. Everything else seems to function.

Initially loved this product. However, after only four months of light use this Jeep doesn’t work anymore. Battery charges and Jeep runs for about five minutes and then won’t move. Radio and lights still work but car does nothing when “gas” pedal is pushed in. I’m currently looking for a new rechargeable battery to replace the current one but have little confidence this will fix the problem. On a side note, the radio is hard to use/find actual channels/program in favorites. We have velcroed a small iPod on the dash and use the 3.5mm AUX plug to play music because the radio immediately scans and locks into the only Pat Roberts-like program within a 50 mile radius. Things that we do like about the Jeep: looks good; easy to put stickers on (bought separately); easy to put a custom license plate on (bought separately); and moves well on short cut grass (when it used to actually work). Also, if you’re electronically inclined and wanted to do so you could easily add another speaker or battery as there is plenty of room and wiring under the hood for this. *Update as of December 5th 2019* Replacement battery did not fix the problem and make this car work. Lights turn on, radio works, and makes usual “revved” engine sound. However this car will not move forward or backward anymore. I double checked the new battery on another car and it works fine. This Jeep is now a giant paper weight and I will be throwing it away in the dumpster this weekend. Stay clear of this Jeep unless you feel like rolling the dice and getting a lemon like I did. Literally the first true lemon product I have bought off Amazon in the last 16 years.
