Bought this for my grandson about 7 months ago. He LOVES it! But the battery started to get a shorter and shorter charge and now...zip. I know he rides it alot but 7 months is a pretty short life span for any product. I would like to buy a new battery but don't see a specific link about the product or in the Q&A. Disappointing.

We had to message the seller about a back, the first jeep we received had a wiring issue or disconnect somewhere the lights would flash when the steering wheel was moved but wouldn’t drive. The back up we received drives but the headlights and radio do not work. Good sturdy jeep and my 3 year old loves it. But for the price it shouldn’t have any issues like we have had. Don’t recommend

Bought it about a year and a half ago for my 2 year old. It is a great size and can go pretty fast, even in grass and up hill. Got 2 right side mirrors but that ok. Took a little while to assemble. My complaint is that after only a year and not a whole lot of driving the battery doesn't stay charged long after a full charge. Would last only about 5-10 minutes.

Jeep itself is awesome, remote control and all the features are super - but they put a junk battery in it. Ended up buying a new one from the local hardware store to replace it. It says it's 12v but when the hardware store tested it, they said it was only testing as a 6v. With the new battery it lasts more than twice as long and even goes a little faster.

my son has only had this a little over a month, since we got it the grips come off of one of the tires every time we use it, we have to stop and put it back on several times. also, my child is only about 37 pounds, and the wheels look like they are already bowed out. Would not purchase again, especially not for the price.

We bought this for my grandaughter for Christmas. After we put the jeep together it would not turn left. Found that that the steering control was drilled improper so we emailed Best Choice Customer Service to see if we could get a replacement. No response. We ended up welding the hole closed and redrilled it in center as it should have been. Turns great now.. I gave it 3 stars because of poor service.

Okay so. Great little vehicle. Down fall!!! It comes in 2 boxes!!! Read the foot note on the description. So when you get the first box. Dont open it yet, wait until the second box (that you dont get a tracking number for). Because in that second box are the wheels!!! I have a very upset toddler because it doesnt go anywhere right now. ): Update...... 1 year later... The vehicle stopped working... replaced the battery. Nothing. Checked the all the wiring. Nothing. I am at a complete lost. Definitely a bummer it doesn't work anymore.

For the price you pay you expect everything to work correctly. I guess that’s what I get for buying on amazon instead of in a store. Assembly was easy, and works manually, however, I can not get the remote to pair. I got it to do it once last night somehow but not since then. Also the instructions say that when you don’t touch the remote for more than 10 seconds it is supposed to go into power saving mode but mine just keeps on blinking. Idk what is faulty but not thrilled about having spent all this money just to spend more on replacement parts.

Overall it’s a great product but half of the screws, one motor, and a couple other metal parts were corroded and rusty. It’s like they ran out of screws and took some from the gutter laying outside in the rain. One motor looks brand new but the other is all rusty and I have doubts if it’s going to last the life span of the vehicle. So it’s the QC that needs to be better about the product.

Haven't got my son using it yet due his birthday is a few days yet. Assembly is not fun. For parts you should use a sockets wrench for it includes 2 plastic wrenches which I don't recommend. The screws are not put the pieces on and screw in. You will have to man handle these a bit as they are very tight fits and easy to be off on. Also screws are super cheap and the second they get tight will start to strip at the top. I did only hand tighten. Last thing is the metal axle pieces can scratched up. Should be painted black but mine had some nice chunks of paint clearly scratched.
