One of the front marker lights never worked out of the box. And it is underpowered-- even with a full charge, it has difficulty climbing even slight hills with my 60lb 5 year old. The radio is too complicated for this 40-year-old engineer to figure out, and my 5yo can't do anything with it but press random buttons and hope something works. It reminds me of a cheap MP3 stick player from 15 years ago. There were a lot of parts to put together, but that part went fine-- nothing unexpected or difficult. I love the remote control, though there are buttons on it that have no obvious purpose and there are no instructions on how to use it.

My son loves his jeep but since he can’t drive it himself we were using the remote control. That only lasted 3 months before the remote died. And since it was past the 60 day warranty they wouldn’t replace it . The jeep itself is very nice, it took me half an hour to put it together and the battery holds its charge for a long time.

Seems to be ok however the weight capacity as listed in the manual is 65lbs.

Really like this product, but lost points because we were unaware it was only one seater. I searched for a two-seat vehicle and this came up. Nowhere in description does it mention how many seats and the picture of the seat looked like one big seat. Disappointed that there can’t be a friend on the ride. Also we could not return the vehicle even though we didn’t assemble anything or take anything out of the box.

Didn’t like the fact that some lights were out but overall, it’s good.

Mine only came with one speaker I don't know if I call customer service for a second speaker or the manufacturer

Plastic came alittle broken in the back, and the rear lights are switched up and put differently and just doesn’t look right.

The car itself is pretty good. It seems fairly well built and the 3 speeds are great when going on walks. The lights are a cool feature and the battery has a reasonable run time, at least an hour for us. The biggest downside is the remote. It constantly loses connection which can be very jerky when either turning or accelerating. Which brings me to my next point; our neighbors recently got a similar Jeep and there remote is super smooth. So I emailed the seller and asked for a replacement remote but I was outside of their 60 day warranty, which is a joke of a warranty. This warranty period makes me question the quality of the product, but so far after 6 months no problems minus the extremely cheap, crappy remote. Wish I knew which one our neighbors got so you could go buy it instead!

This battery lasts 10 minutes, tops, on a full charge. Controller connects about 50% of the time. Overall very disappointed. Very cool appearance, however.

So the Jeep looks sweet. Black on black - looks great. Instructions putting this thing together probably could have been a little better but I got it together. Let me say I have yet to drive it since it states upon initial ride the battery needs to charge for 18 hours! What?! I understand how a battery works but damn. Any parent knows this is a death sentence. Unless you receive and build this thing in secret you’re in for a world of hurt from your kid who has to wait that long to ride it. My son watched me build the entire thing only for me to have to say, “sorry bud we have to charge the battery.” Then on reading further you can ride for an hour then back on the charger it goes for another 12 hours. It is what it is but just thought, wow. Update: we’ve owned this for a few months now and man, the remote that comes with this is horrible. Never seems to want to pair and not mine has stopped working altogether. They tell you if it doesn’t pair to pull out the batteries and put them back in. The small back cover has a tiny screw in it so betweens rides you’re constantly plum screwing, pulling batteries out and in again to get it to work.
