Right out of the box, this is how the hat arrived. I’ll trim away the loose ends and still wear it because I like the design but I’ll certainly never buy a hat from these guys again…

The hat did not fit after I made the maximum adjustment and arrived so flat that you couldn't hardly see the flag when on.

Not for someone with a big head. Made for little people.

I really wish they would have made this to fit a normal sized head, I have to let the band all the way out but then the top half of the hat is too small so it just kind of sets on top of my head. Would be fine for a tiny adult or teen, definitely not a normal size man. Basically it's a small sized hat but they give adjustment for larger size than hat is made for which makes it very awkward. Usually you make the hat bigger and then have it so it cinches down but they made this tiny so when you open it up it's just ridiculous. For price they're asking they should have at least gave you different sizes. It is a good looking hat but it's not comfortable due to the poor fit. Just really disappointed!!!

The hat would have been better if it didn’t have “AMERICA” written in white on the back of the cap. Like, we all know it’s America. No need to clutter the hat with unnecessary letters. A plain khaki hat with a flag patch is fine.

This was to be a Christmas gift and I was embarrassed to give it. the patch on the hat was put on poorly and sloppy. I had to trim all the excess thread and not sure if it will stay on hat. I thought it would be a better quality patch. The hat itself is good. Fits well. I'm just going to use it as an around the house spare. I'll have to watch better to see where these things are coming from.

Wouldn't buy it again, but oh well is a hat.It's structure is very poorly made.

The top was not stitched to the bill properly, making the hat and flag look a little crooked (noticeable). I don't know if this happens with a lot of their hats, but quality control needs to improve.

I expected some sort of frontal support in the cap. It could pass for a doo wrag with a visor.Cheap cheap cheap

Came with dirt on jt. Could t give it as present. Gave it to goodwill.
