TARGET CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

VERY UNHAPPY w/Target for canceling my replacement! I mailed the bike back (missing a part) and have not received my promised replacement for my son nor have I received a refund! I called 3-4 times was told “there’s nothing we can do…” by your very unhelpful international call center and have just received repeated responses as if they are robots reading a script with absolutely no accountability. Try explaining to a two year old that there replacement is no longer coming and I can’t get an answer from anyone! Repeat: I did not cancel the replacement order. Why would I do that when I need the bike and it’s not available for purchase in store? That makes absolutely no sense. Thanks for nothing Target
