The left earbud will not stay connected. For some reason when I used them with my Amazon Fire, to watch Netflix, Netflix kept freezing. When I plug in my wired headphones, I don’t have that problem.

The worst item I have ever bought.

There's a high-pitched whine in the right ear bud. If your music is loud enough, you don't notice it, but it ruins quiet places in songs. I can't stand to listen to my audiobooks because of the noise. Also had complaints from people not being able to understand me when I used these to answer calls.

I like the design/fit/sound, but the earbuds are essentially worthless as the battery only lasts one hour while listening to music.

Could not make them work. Not enough instructions.

They were a gift for my nephew and he is most satisfied with the sound and overal function

Charged for 2 hours, paired with phone, listened for less than 20 minutes and it was dead. Not impressed!
