Plugged into wall outlet in bedroom. Light stayed on all night. Did not appear to be motion activated but instead was designed to go on when dark and go off when ambient light was strong enough. Not what was advertised. I suggest you only purchase if you want a auto night light not a motion activated night light.

These are not motion sensor at all, just an ordinary nightlight that can be purchased at a much lower cost
