I'm glad Remington decided to bring back this vacuum kit, I had one for many years and got good use out of it till I wore it out, then had a hard time finding a new one till they recently brought it back. it's not completely mess free but it reduces cleanup to a minimal. I highly recommend this product.

This is my second Vacuum Haircut Kit and aside from saving, quite literally, thousands of dollars on haircuts the tool is easy to use, clean and my cuts look good. I have even received compliments and inquiries as to who cuts my hair. It is a good product and with frequent cuts monthly - the money adds up fast.

I had one of these clippers for at least 3 years and was upset when it was out of stock for so long that when it came in stock I didn't take any chances and purchased 2. Also the vacuuming of the hair is great.

¸.•´♥¸.•´♥ I am SO happy Remington brought this item back. My son is a quadriplegic and the vacuum feature is fantastic, particularly in this situation. While at the rehabilitation facility, patient's (and their family members) would see me cutting my son's hair, ask me how the clipper worked, and then ask if I would cut their relative's hair! This clipper is absolutely perfect for our needs. It works so well at vacuuming up the hair that I use it when I give my husband a haircut too. He appreciates this feature and not having hairs all over his neck making him itchy. Like I said, I am so ♥‿♥ this product is being made again, AND that I got one while in stock. I've been using this for about 3 yrs. and I love it. The title says it all. The only reason I gave 'durability' 4 stars was because of the plastic construction, but it has held up so far. I get a perfect neck taper by holding the unit sideways with the short edge of the side taper cutter at the lower part of my neck and moving across the back of my neck. To make sure it's even, I go back in the opposite direction with the other side taper cutter. When I tell the folks at work that I cut my own hair they can't believe it because it looks so professional.

With 4 males in the family, I do all their haircuts for free and with no mess!
