The concept is good, but doesn't work well. I've been cutting my own hair for 20 years, and my kid's hair for 5 years. The vacuum on this unit works some, but not as well as on the cordless predecessor and leaves small hairs all over. If that was the only issue then I'd be happy, but it pulls some when I cut my own hair and I can't cut my kid's hair without pulling at least 20 times. I've never had that issue with other clippers. I've tried adjusting my technique and speed, but still have problems every time, so am convinced it's in the workmanship of this one. I'll be replacing with a better set.

This thing blows hair all over more than it vacuums anything. It causes more work than just cleaning it up yourself.

I received one of the clippers for a Christmas present just 4 months ago. I use it to cut several family members hair. A small wire inside the clipper part just broke and now I'm unable to use it. I love this product, but it sure didn't hold up. I would not recommend it at all. I'm hoping to find a replacement for that part.

Doesnt worth to buy at high price. Vacuum works little bit. Still find alot of hair on shoylder and floor Main reason to buy this product at high price but doesnt do full job

The power cuts off on my brand new Remington Model hkvac2000a. It usually turns on and then the motor cuts out after 2 or 3 seconds. It's completely useless.
