Funny story actually! A few days before christmas, I was leaving from work when my car wouldn't start. I start flipping out and going crazy because I thought something was seriously wrong with my car. Thankfully my parents and older brother came to the rescue and I was able to drive myself home. After my older brother realized I never got a car emergency kit after i had my car for at least two years, he gave me an amazon gift card for christmas. I used it to get myself the emergency kit. Last night, I was helping my boyfriend learn how to drive when we pulled up to our apartment complex and got out the car. I did not know my lights were on until about 2 hours later when my dad told me he was coming over to drop some stuff off for me. When my dad called me to tell me he was outside, I looked out the window and saw that my headlights were still on. I never turned them off and we had been inside for at least two hours! Thankfully, the kit includes jumper cables that I had to use to jumpstart my car!

The media could not be loaded. Having one of these is a must with me. I travel a lot and decided to order this after my uncle convinced me I needed one given how many trips I make. So, I am super happy with this roadside kit. I'm really impressed with the over all quality and it's really a great value too. This kit comes with every thing I could ever need in an emergency weather it be an accident, storm, or even if I broke down some wheres. This has everything thing from the actual jumper cables to so many much needed tools wrenches even comes with a emergency vest , glow ticks and so much more. The quality and quantity of what this kit comes with is what impresses me the most. There is also the fact that what this comes with is definitely high quality and not cheaply made to any degree at all which highly impresses me and gives me so much more confidence in my many travels. I definitely am really happy with this and i'm glad I listened to my uncle and ordered it. I feel so much more secure and even more safer with this kit in my trunk all nicely packed and well portioned with the tools and such. No more anxiety should I have a problem the bag with every thing in it that i could possibly need is right conveniently in my trunk. Oh also this included a few (paper) incident report forms as well because those are great to have just in case I need to make record of what happens. great quality, awesome contents.

A very complete light weight road emergency kit in a nice quality bag. The tools included aren't professional grade but should do the job and would come in handy as most people don't have a tool kit with them in the automobile. A multi-purpose tool on a key chain similar to a Swiss Army knife is also included. The kit has a reflective vest, flashlight that doesn't need batteries, break down triangle and glow sticks in case the breakdown occurs at night. There is a whistle, gloves and rain poncho included too. If you come across an accident there is a seat belt cutter, glass breaking tool, tow strap good for the weight of almost any vehicle and an emergency blanket. The kit also includes 8 foot long 8 gauge jumper cables and two bungee cords.There is some PVC tape similar to electrical tape. I will probably add a roll of duct tape to this kit to cover holes in air hoses, ducts, etc. And on top of all that there is a nice first aid kit to handle small cuts, abrasions and bug stings and all of this comes neatly packed in a good gym bag style tote with handles for easy access and compact storage. I compared this kit to the more popular AAA kit and decided to go with this one because there were almost 3 times as many useful items for less than double the price and previous reviewers rated this kit higher. After receiving it I know it was the right decision.

The bag in which all of the products come in is worth the price of the kit alone ~ very sturdy! And I haven't seen anything on the market comparable to what this kit includes. This was a gift for my 89 year old father who is still able to travel by car, and I plan to "gift" my children and their significant others at Christmas time so that I will know that all of my loved ones have the capability of surviving in the event of a mishap. The only addition to this kit that I added was packaged drinking water, protein bars, paper & pencil, tape, and ziplock bags. The first aid kit is pretty well supplied ~ I only added an instant ice pack and ace wrap. There are other items I would like to include, but at the end of the day, there is only so much room for these items and it's really just the essentials to ensure that if they are stranded, those searching for them would have the chance for a safe rescue.

Or, shall I say this is the best gift for someone who loves a college student. Mom now has a peace of mind if anything breaks down. Equipped with AAA card and this kit, my daughter is ready for whatever lays ahead.

Pretty much anything you might need in one durable nice bag. Although some of the things might want to take out to put in glovebox or middle console or something. Such as the tool that can cut the seatbelt off if needed, if you get stuck in it after an accident. Doesn't do any good if can't reach it in the trunk or wherever you store the bag. I have gotten kits before that had like jumper cables that wouldn't work very well and a bit light duty to be able to carry a charge well. The jumper cables in here look great and ready to handle any jump, heavy duty cables. Everything in here while maybe not top quality, seems to be good quality, which is what you need in an emergency and well worth the price paying for it. I am very pleased with the variety of items and feel it was well thought out. I feel much safer already.

"Kolo Sports Roadside Emergency Kit 156-Piece" has everything you need for the price. Has your basic necessities: minor first-aid, jumper cables, weather and safety gear, hand tools, triangle, and tire fix. Also has a cool little multi tool, whistle, and window/seatbelt cutter. For the price this is an awesome starter kit. Maybe it could be a little better if it included a shovel or more gauze or bandaids in the first-aid, but otherwise it's great.

Really get your moneys worth with this kit. I think it’s a great buy. Everything seems to be in good working order and fits very nicely in to the bag. I was also not expecting to like the bag but it’s actually really nice material.

I've always wanted one of these kts for my car. I'm very glad I bought this one. Comes with everything you need for an emergency in a compact bag. Great for the car, van, SUV, any vehicle you may own.
