Items we're of poor quality. Some items were damaged upon arrival, i.e. flashlight, pressure gauge, reflectors... Which makes me question the robustness of parts, especially during accidents.

Just looked cheaply made so sent it back

Hand-cranked flashlight literally fell apart as I unboxed it and used it for the first time. Super low quality.

I got this for my son who is leaving on a road trip in two days. The tools were rusted. Some supplies were ok, but rather sad that they didn’t give new products. No time to return as he needs things for the trip. Rather disappointing

This kit has very useful stuff! My favorites are the jumper cables, seat belt cutter/window smasher, rechargeable flashlight, and the mini first aid kit. The rubber gloves are junk unless you have giant bear hands, so I'll probably end up replacing those. Otherwise, everything in here is quality and it was a great price! 2019 EDIT: I unfortunately need to dock a few stars off of this kit due to the poor quality of the tow rope. There's nothing indicating what weight the rope was rated for, but it most certainly cannot handle towing an SUV across pavement, and I want people to know not to count on it in an emergency! A car ran out of gas in front of my workplace, blocking our driveway. We conveniently share a driveway with a gas station, and the car only needed to be towed about 100 feet. Thinking I was about to save the day, the tow rope snapped immediately when pressure was applied! The SUV didn't budge an inch! Seeing now that a quality tow rope costs the same as this entire kit, I now understand that this is such a poor quality line! Will now need to replace. Don't bet your life on this kit!

When I first received this kit I was pretty excited, but that excitement went away after checking all the items. Everything smells heavily of chemicals. The little tool box was already damaged. The traction rope/towing rope is horrible. The metal hinge has pieces of metal which are sticking out. Which makes me question the quality of the rope material itself. Even the shape of the hinge is poor quality. Taking a look at all of the items I do not want to take my chances in using poor quality items with my car. I did like the self powered flash ligh which is referred to as a "health torch" on the box 🤣, I'm not sure of it improving my current health state, as it states on the description on the box, but it is a good idea no bulb nor batteries are needed for it. The tool box was nice but it was already damaged. I also liked the multipurpose tool. I decided thought in order to keep three items of the whole kit it's not worth the price nor the use of the other items. I'm not sure what chemicals where used to produce these items seeing that they were made in China. I'm not about supporting sweat shops and under-payed employees, terrible working conditions which pose a risks on their health. Overall the idea is nice, but the quality nor the sourcing of the materials is of worth the price.
