I saw Jen Hamilton’s TikTok video of her new “favorite neck thingy” at the beginning of May and instantly found her link tree to buy. I also saw a cervical tempurpedic pillow on her tree and thankfully, both items where available on Amazon! This item is pretty straightforward and easy to use. Directions were clear and it warns you that it may take a little adjusting before you “settle in”. I’ve used it several times at 8-10 minute intervals and notice less neck pain and greater mobility. I enjoy lying there and letting my neck relax into the curve of the device. Pretty satisfying, highly recommend.

I suffer from tension headaches, as does my son. We both tried these simple cervical traction pillows and it instantly relieved a lot of the tension in our neck and shoulders. We used the techniques advised with the pillows and found they are really helpful and work great! Would recommend both the product and the pillows to anyone with neck/shoulder/ headache issues! A cheap and easy tool that really works!

I originally bought this for my son who has neck problems and used it a couple of times before he left for college. I found that about 10-15 minutes laying on the floor with this under my neck really helps with my own neck problems and also helps to align my spine as well. I find that my range of motion is greatly improved after use. That's why I ordered a second on for myself. The foam is a little stiff but I suppose it needs to be in order to cause the traction. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has neck problems. Saves me going to the chiropractor!

This is the best thing I have ever purchased for the relief of neck pain and shoulder tension. I have been an EMT for about 25 years. All the ambulance driving, terribly uncomfortable extended periods in the trucks, and awful bumpy rides in the back have done a number on my c spine/shoulders. This little device gives me a relaxing stretch in just the perfect spots and I love it. It’s probably not for everyone. But boy does it feel great to lay down and feel that beautiful stretch…just what I needed. Thank you.

I have pretty severe TMJ issues, and persistent neck and shoulder pain and this thing is amazing. I'm still in my first week of use, and it's definitely uncomfortable at first if you have a lot of tension, but I noticed decreased pain and increased range of motion even after the first use. This is part of my daily routine now.

I've been having neck and shoulder pain for years which I regularly get a massage and chiropractic adjustment but this device is tremendously helped with the issue in between the visits. I just got it five days ago and started to use it immediately. I've been using it 2 or 3 times a day, I just rest my neck on the device and taking slow deep breathing while resting for only a minute or two and when I got up, I was able to move my head and neck easily without pain. I also was able to crack my neck right afterward. I feel less tension on the neck and the shoulder. Thank you very much for a great product.

I get a lot of headaches at the base of my neck. They come from tension, like when I wear my hair in a low-pony for too many days, or when daily stresses become too much. I usually have to press two fingers into the base of my skull to get any kind of relief. This neck pillow, however, works much better. It lengthens my neck, stretches out that tightness, and my headache is gone. It’s a great relief not having to take Ibuprofen all the time. My only regret is not ordering it in blue. ‘Cuz the pink/peach looks a little too much like a ‘lady-part’. lol.

I’m an RN with a reverse cervical curve and I did not expect this device to do much. I have been surprised that on the days that I use it my neck feels noticeably better with less stiffness. It does not relief all of my pain, but it does help and gives me something I can do at home without going to a physical therapist and chiropractor as often. I even told my chiropractor about this as they have a posture pump in office, but I’ve found that this provides greater relief. Would purchase again.

WOW! Tried it as soon as I took ot out of the box, my neck settled as soon as I laid down, had a sensation of a cold and hot wave running up and down my neck to the back of my head like blood was finally flowing in that area again. My neck was so tight I had to be a little careful with movements while using it, but the feeling during and after was unbelievable!!!

I bought this for chronic neck pain from an old car accident. I have used it for about a week and find it gives my neck a good stretch. I lay on the floor with a blanket as my neck is cradle across the neck and shoulder relaxer for about 10 minutes once or twice a day. I find it very comfortable and easy to use. It has helped to reduce pain in my neck and shoulders which I'm grateful for. I hope the longer I use it I will have longer periods of pain relief. If you suffer from neck pain I highly recommend buying this!!
