My chiropractor suggested I use a neck roll (or rolled up towel) every day for up to 15 minutes to help with various points of tightness in my cervical spine. This product gives more relief and touches points in my neck a rolled up towel cannot. I always feel so much better after using it and highly suggest to anyone who is having neck pain and headaches.

66 yo. male dealing with age related cervical issues over last 4 years. Wasn't expecting too much from this product but I'm actually getting some decent relief. Simple to use, place neck against raised bumps and place back of one hand on your forehead and you get a nice little stretch. I have a back stretching device from 10 years ago (herniated disc) which is basically a curved piece of plastic with foam, got good relief at the time also but was skeptical at first. As with all devices like these, use caution and do not overdo it.

After almost two month of everyday use, I came back to say that it indeed works! I went a little dizzy sometimes when I turned my head laying down, and had a very short vertigo. And I knew it’s because I looked down at my phone and my computer with intense shoulders most of the time especially during the pandemic. So I bought this and started using it for about 15 minutes everyday before I go to bed, and honestly it’s just became a habit because it feels comfortable and relaxing. Almost two months later as of today, I didn’t have that dizzy feelings. I think it’s because of this little thing! Also, I wouldn’t recommend using it longer than 20 minutes because I felt tingly on the back of head one time I tried.

I was skeptical of a device like this but was also at a point of desperation. I carry all stress in my shoulders and neck and get horrible migraines. I also have back issues. This "pillow" is amazing! It relaxes me almost immediately, I can feel everything start to align how it should be and that is all the way down to my hips! If I don't use it for a couple days, I will notice the difference! The only problem I've had is that I am so relaxed that I have fallen asleep on it and it says to only use it for 30 minutes a day. Lol. Definitely worth it!

This product just might be sorcery. I have significant TMJ and regularly take muscle relaxants, have splint, take NSAID's, etc to keep the pain at bay. This arrived yesterday and I used it maybe three times for 5 minutes each time. Even going to bed everything was feeling a bit looser. Today I used it for 15 minutes while I was mediating and when I got up and opened my mouth it popped about 5 times without any pain. I have a much better range of motion both with my jaw as well as moving my neck and shoulder blades. Even eating hard foods feels much different in the best way possible. For the last year plus my jaw pops every single time I open my mouth and that has also significantly decreased. Will update in a few months but I'm very impressed!

I didn't know what to think of this at first as when I used it for my extremely tight neck, it caused my jaw to feel like it was being pulled on or most likely realigned since it is connected to my tight neck muscles. I contacted the seller who got back to me right away, was very kind, and suggested I try using the device the other way, and not use it for too much time at first, and see if that helps. They stated that tight neck muscles most certainly can affect the jaw, and to discontinue use if I had any more problems. I did as stated, tried it the other way for a while, felt better, and after about 2 weeks noticed my jaw stopped feeling "out of joint" and my neck especially in the occipital area started to feel much better. I will stop throughout the day from my desk job and use this device, either direction, and have almost instant relief, not complete relief, but much relief. I highly recommend!

I got this "pillow" due to a slight curve in my spine..better known as Dowager's hump or hyperkyphosis. Im hoping in time if I use this religiously, my posture and neck will improve. Day 1: I've been laying on the floor for about an hour using this "pillow" and its taken so much pressure off my neck, shoulders, back. I feel the difference as far as pain. Will come back in a month for another review.

I purchased this item to help restore the natural curvature to my neck. I had been suffering from chronic migraines, neck discomfort and extreme tension specifically at the base of my skull which radiated bilaterally down into the upper trapezius area. I started using the neck support about a week ago, 10 minutes a day and I am seeing significant Improvement. The constant discomfort in my neck has diminished and I feel an improvement in my overall posture! Another thing I noticed is that prior to using this product, I was having issues with hip and leg pain. I'm not sure if one has anything to do with the other but those pains have improved as well which I attribute to an improvement in posture. I will say that in the beginning of using this item there was a bit of discomfort at the base of my skull and neck but with regular use I no longer have that same sensation. Based on my results, I would highly recommend giving this a try.

He had been having troubles with his hands going numb and had been going to the chiropractor, he was getting relief but would come back every couple of days. The chiropractor was adjusting then put him on the neck stretcher (not sure of the technical name) So we looked into a device we could possibly use at home and found this pillow. Wallla! He lays flat on our massage table (bought from Amazon about 5 years ago, a Fantastic purchased.. used for physical therapy when he had knee replaced) He has Alexa set a timer then play music and he was doing this once a day and it has been wonderful. Now whenever he's been doing too much he lays with it for 10 minutes and he's good to go. We highly recommend this pillow, the massage table and of course Alexa. Blessings everyone. Jesus loves you
