My neck had been really hurting for a long time because I'm always looking down at work. I was thinking it was something I'd have to live with and began taking Aleve and Tumeric to deal with it and then I found this on Twitter but a more expensive version so thank you whoever you were for the tweet on where to find this at half the price! Anyway, my goodness stretching my neck on this is amazing and has alleviated all pain and brought back my range of motion in days! No more Aleve but I am still taking Tumeric so maybe a combo of both but seriously, this thing is amazing. I would recommend it before relying on anti inflamatories.

For weeks I was suffering with neck pain and I was reluctant to go to the Chiropractor. I decided neck traction might help. I ordered this and followed the instructions carefully. I was absolutely giddy when my neck pain was relieved after just one use. I used it agin the following two days and was completely back to normal. It can be used in two different positions, depending on neck size and amount of traction needed.

If you use your computer 6-10 hours a day this contraption is a must. It provides great relief for neck soreness/stiffness after 5-10 min of use. Take several brakes per day and use this and you will be very pleased. A bit expensive for a piece of molded foam but I guess it is the design that counts. Well worth it as long as they keep it in the under $20 range. If not there are others that are similar which should provide the same benefit.

I was in pain for months due to excessive computer work, looking down at my phone constantly, and being a side sleeper all my life. I tried physical therapy, chiropractor visits, and side-sleeper pillows. Muscle relaxers helped, but I can’t take them during the day and it doesn’t fix the problem. This simple neck stretcher is the only thing that has worked! I cannot thank you enough. It has been a life saver! I bought two more for friends.

Excellent product for the price! I lay on the floor for 10 minutes or so with my head/neck on the Relaxer. I take a few deep, slow breaths to relax and rotate my head/neck and you can feel the tension ease off. By rotating your neck, the "nobs" help realign the muscles, Tendons, joints, and nerves. I have mild to severe pain in my neck and shoulders due to an accident. The Relaxer doesn't take away all the pain, but it does reduce it very well. I'd say about 80% or so. I'm more comfortable and sleep better at night after using it just before going to bed. If you have headaches and a sore neck, I recommend giving it a try.

When I purchased it the item was on back order. I received it a month earlier than expected and I am thrilled. This item has helped with my neck pain and back issues in just a few days of use. I have 55+ years of bad posture with a neck that protrudes forward. After showing an ad for this item to my chiropractor and getting her blessing, I decided to give this a try. I feel so much better after using this for 10 minutes a day! I have seen increased range of motion in my neck. I am standing up straighter. This is an amazing product. My posture is not perfect yet, but remarkably better after just one week. I highly recommend this item!

Highly recommend this product. I was really skeptical, but it works. Just 10 min every day. After these 10 min feels like you are reborn , all stiffness goes away. I’m an IT person, which means long hours seating by computer. It helps to keep a healthy neck. All the exercises I used to do are not as effective as just spending 10 min every day lying on this stretcher. Don’t get discouraged when first time you will feel discomfort lying on it. Keep doing, discomfort goes away and feeling good stays.

I’ve only used this product twice thus far, but it is easy to use with helpful and straightforward instructions. I’ve used it for 5 minutes each time (I’ve had neck problems for years and felt like I should be very cautious with this device). Both times afterwards my neck and shoulders felt better and I felt a little taller. Overall I’m impressed with the device, both how it works and how it’s made. I am cautiously optimistic it will help give me relief with my chronically misbehaving neck.

I woke up from a headache on the right side of my temple. Having gone through this before, I feared it being a cluster headache, one of the most excruciating pains I’ve been through and hope to never go through again. Cluster headaches usually occur in the middle of the night, on one side, and with the pain building gradually from minor to excruciating.
