Game changer! I’m a chronic side sleeper and work behind a computer for 8+ hours a day. I’ve had this horrible “knot” in my right shoulder for months accompanied by a stiff neck, hard to look to the right. Tried stretching, chiropractic adjustments, PEMF, massage. Nothing really worked. I lay on this sea serpent tongue for 10 minutes and instant relief! It’s the same idea as a rolled up towel or massage roller but THE difference is that this thing actually supports your neck, you lay in it if you will, and it stays put right where you need it to. I’ll be doing another 10min before bed and look forward to the morning!

We mainly purchased this 'relaxer' to help stretch our necks and possibly help with some alignment after a long and tense day. So far it seems to be doing the trick. I lay on the neck relaxer while wearing a heated eye mask, and after 10 minutes I do feel relaxed and stretched. While the relaxer doesn't necessarily remove pain completely, it does help to stretch and release the tension from my neck and shoulders.

Big things can come in small packages and this is surly one of them! Bought it for my mother since she suffers from neck, back, and arm pain due to a previous car accident. Hadn’t really found anything prior that would relieve the pressure and provide some real relief….UNTIL NOW! This item has not completely corrected the issue however it has helped tremendously!! Would recommend to anyone whether you suffer from pain injuries or not…it just feels wonderful and is a great element to getting into a relaxed state.

This is such a great little gadget. Last night after working out, I could barely move my neck. I used this for about 10 minutes and gently rolled my head side to side. Just a tiny bit and slowly. I have stage 4 neck damage from a car accident, so my neck and head pretty much always hurt. I felt sooooo much better after using it and I could move my neck freely after as well.

Jen Hamilton on tiktok recommended this product and I purchased one through her link. It works exactly as described, great for stretching out the neck!

I bought this product because of TikTokers Jen Hamiltons review. I have chronic neck and back pain, I was going to PT 2x a week and now my PT had said I can come in 1x a week because I am able to give a nice arch to my neck as needed. If it wasn’t for her review, I never would have seen, or bought this. Thanks Jen!

I have been suffering from migraines in my neck for the last year. I have been going to the chiropractor multiple times a month and while that helps instantly, long term things aren’t changing. A friend suggested this and after I used it for a little over a week, my life has changed. I still get the migraines, but they are back down to being less frequent, and my overall neck and upper back pain has gone away. If I could suggest one thing in life it would be this. Thank you.

I have a pinched nerve in my neck. I have had neck surgery once before and I am due another. Using this 10 minutes before bed had helped release pressure from that nerve and given me relief. It isn't a cure for my situation but the stretching really helps. I agree that this is not something one should use for more than 30 minutes. DO NOT SLEEP USING THIS!!! This is for 10 minutes at a time. No more than 30 minutes total in a day. I have neck trauma issues and I can tell you don't do it! This is worth the money. The foam rubber is firm and not weak. It helps me so it is a 5 star.

I do not dislike anything about this item. I was given one of those neck cervical devices by a chiropractor a few years ago. That device does what this one does, but by you literally suspend yourself from it hangman style. Ok that works, but this way is MUCH easier! I'd rather lie down and relax for ten minutes on this item, than hang off of my bedroom door by a fancy sling. I had a whiplash injury a few years agon and this device makes my neck feel new again.
