Honestly, this has great reviews already which is why I bit the bullet and bought it. I’m only 24 but with my career I’m at a desk on the computer for 8 hrs a day. Due to that, my neck has been bothering me a good bit lately. I tried this out and laid down on the floor with this little pillow and it was uncomfortable at first… but dang as soon as my shoulders and neck relaxed it felt truly blissful. The tension in my neck began to diminish and then when I finally got up- I truly felt relief!!! I don’t regret this purchase one bit and am going to make it a routine to use it a few times a week :-)

I could not believe the difference after using this for a few days. My posture was significantly better and the hump on my back (Buffalo hump) really went down. My mom noticed and I didn’t even mention it to her. So she gave it a try and loved it as well! I have always been insecure about that so was definitely a plus as well as it helping my posture. I felt as if my neck was longer and that I had to sit up straight because slouching bothered me more now. It took me a little bit to find where it was comfortable and beneficial but once I did, it was like my neck just went right into place. Most likely because it was starting to realign my spine. I was extremely happy with this purchase!

I often Wake up with very sore neck as a result from whiplash in a car accident 22 years ago. My neck often gives me headaches. I’ve started using this relaxer daily for 10 min each day and it’s so relaxing and helps so much. I’ve really come to look forward to it. Took me 3 or 4 days to get used to it and now I love It. I think the trick is to truly relax while using it. Really stretches my neck In a way I couldnt Do before I got this. Thank you!

I really trusted Jen Hamilton’s review of this product on Tik Tok, not only because she is fabulous, like me, and likes chickens, like me, but also because she’s a nurse, like me. Somehow I figured we would have the same nurse neck problems…and if it worked for her, it would work for me. So I got it through her link, and I love it. Works just like she said. I wouldn’t have known about it, or bought it without her recommendation and link. Thanks Jen Hamilton and the folks that created such a great therapy.

I have neck and shoulder pain ever since I worked. I seat long hours and use computer a lot. The discomfort on my neck and the stiff shoulder cause many arm and back pain problems. This is not a pillow. It's firm and hard. I was skeptical at first. Tried 3 days so far each time 10 minutes it relieved the neck pain and I got off my bed feeling very good. I hope it continues to work so that I don't have to visit the chiropractor again.

This is a fabulous gadget. I have been suffering from neck and shoulder tension. I have tried massage, tens machine etc. This gadget for just 5min a day(for me) helped so much. I can press on my forehead to give a little extra stretch. It slides on the floor so that you can get into a relaxing position easily. You can also move your head side to side. It is a passive device that in a short time helps the nerves stop from being compressed, I guess.

I’ve been diagnosed with cervical ridiculopathy and a doctor recommended I try a traction device in lieu of addictive muscle relaxants. For the moment, this little miracle has mitigated the “pins and needles” sensation that has come to dominate my daily life. I rest my neck on the curved surface for 10 minutes a day (or twice if the “pins” are especially bothersome) and it has brought me relief. Thank God someone invented this little helper.

I am currently undergoing rehab and neck alignment/muscle strength is a part of the rehab. So I bought this product and took it into my rehab physician to make sure it was okay to use and that it could possibly benefit me. She studied the product and the instructions and said, "I've never seen one of these before, but it seems like a good product. You might want to put a pillow under your back when you first use it to ease the initial pressure." I am just starting to use it so I did not rate all the categories but I really think it is going to help me....and so does my doctor!

I can’t even wrap my head around how much this basic pillow has eased my neck pain. I’d buy this thing a million times over again. I have should and neck pain and I’ve stopped seeing chiropractors since I’ve been using this pillow because it’s that helpful.

When I noticed I had developed a bad case of "Forward Head" during the pandemic, I thought this looked like something that could address the problem. It does a great job of reversing my out of alignment cervical spine and reminding me to address my posture while sitting.
