I've always been a fan of the vornado fans, and purchases I've made. It's all I use, but this is the first time I bought the heater, and I had high expectations, but it just didn't perform. The room i wanted to heat was my bed room, which isn't a huge space, and it just was as if I had a fan on, no heat at all. I'm not sure if my product was defective, but I'm sad to return this and look for something different. For the price and performance, I'd reccomend another brand for a space heater.

Right out of the box, this heater stank with a strong chemical odor which didn’t go away with time. I filed a report with Vornado customer service, but so far, I’ve received only a stock reply asking for patience while they get around to me. I used to be able to trust the Vornado brand, but no longer.

Not warm enough, I was expecting more for the price.

I hate to say this because I have several Vornado fans in my house that are great. But unfortunately this heater just didn't put out very much heat. The air coming out of it was lukewarm to cold. I returned it and bought a different brand that was less than half as expensive and it works WAY better.

This thing blows out cool air. We put it in a closed room thinking it may heat the room somehow. It just did not work.

I used to love Vornado heaters bc thy worked so well and lasted a long time. But this blew out cold air n couldn't even warm up a small space even on a fall day in Georgia. The temperature outside was even that low

I really liked my old one of this brand. So i bought a new one, and i started to smell like plastic burning. The heater was melting. This is my second time turning it on.

Does not heat up on high. It's luke warm at Best

Sucks had to return it the next day. Heater Gave out a bad smell and didn't even heat my room up at all. What a waste of money

It was the worst! It did not heat the whole room, and quit working all together after about a month of occasional usage!
