I love fresh garlic..in every dish from beef, port, chicken and spinach sauces...I would crush on back of knife. Then clean and chop the garlic. With this simple tool, you literally press down and rock back and forth and crushed garlic is right there. The tool is so easy to clean...simply run under hot water, and use a simple bristle brush ( one included), and then dry. I will be ordering a couple of more and will keep them on hand for house warming gifts, or a thank you gift.....hope that everyone that lives fresh garlic tries this simple tool.

Great if you like fresh peeled garlic for cooking. Been cooking a lot at home due to covid19 and peeling garlic and dicing garlic has been one of the annoying things to do. This simple tool makes the whole process simple and easy to use. The tube looking thing does a good job at separating the peel off the garlic. And the press is good at dicing the garlic. If you do lot of cooking with garlic, this is a must have.
