Un buen producto

I was looking for a garlic press that was easy to clean and happened upon this little baby and am happy I bought it. I put the garlic down on a cutting board, rock the garlic press back and forth over it, and it minces the garlic. It comes with a rubber cylinder that's supposed to take the skin off, but I have a method for doing this and don't need that particular item. After I'm done I just drop it in the sink with soapy water and when I'm ready to wash it, there isn't any garlic left on it. Easy, peasy.

Garlic skin comes right off with the rubber tube. It is super quick and easy. I love it!!

I saw in a Facebook ad and decided to give it a try. I have arthritis in my hands and have a difficult time squishing garlic in the hand held press. This item works great and you don't lose as much of the garlic.

We received an all stainless steel garlic mincer, and were disappointed. It tended to smash the garlic, rather than mince it. I decided to try again, with this cheerful yellow mincer. Now we have a garlic mincer that actually works, and doesn't require the strength of an 800 pound gorilla to use it! With just one try, we ended up with uniform minced garlic. The tiny included brush worked great to clean it out and get ir ready for the next use. There is also a tube for removing garlic skin, which I look on as unneeded, but if you like removing the skin this way, there you have it! This gets a five star rating first because it works, second because it's so cheerful with its yellow handle, and third, because of the handy cleaning brush.
