Ordered a size "medium", received a size "2XL" got in touch with customer service and they never responded. I'm out the money, have no merchandise and have no idea what to do now.

They shipped me the incorrect size, now I have to return everything

Ordered two times, both times I was sent the incorrect size. This is not Tanga's mistake but the vendor selling under their name. Kinda over it. One mistake is understandable, but the exact mistake a second time is inexcusable.

I ordered a small and was sent a large so I did not get to try on the item that I ordered. It looked cute but it was not the correct size.
