I like Amazon. The only thing is it is too much trouble to return items. brought this excavator for grandson birthday. Happening in a few days. So once returned it will not make it back before the birthdate. It was delivered early. It assembled fine. I was excited. I put the batteries in and no sounds. I went to store and got brand new batteries. Still no sound. The sound is very important to a 3 year old. very disappointed.

Sound wouldn’t work! Very dissatisfied with the amount paid!!!
