Completely disappointed in this item. Burned ok for a few times then burned through and caught the cork base on fire. Definitely not an indoor item. Avoid at all costs

Overly expensive for a small cement block. Tried to return but the period had passed.

This did not light with fuel recommended. Disappointed for sure. Not worth the money at all.

This arrived damaged- with a huge chunk out of the top rim. I am so disappointed. WE didn't know it was broken until the gift recipient opened it up in front of everyone. Now its too late to return it and I feel penalized for purchasing it an advance of the birthday. So sad. The concept is good and it seems solid. I would love a replacement but it's too expensive to buy another. Hoping I can appeal to customer service.

This product was beautiful when I first used it but the flame didn’t last long but whatever I was still happy enough until it burned my new dining table that I can’t do anything about now. I just invested in the nicest dining set for my family and now I have a burn mark right in the center. Yes, I had the pad down under it. I am about to raise hell, this product is NOT GOOD AND NOT WORTH IT.

It’s a piece of concrete for $75...and I bought it, you should not. This was definitely an impulse buy I should have not followed through with. But I will not return it because it is as described. But I paid $75 for a piece of concrete a little bigger than a coffee cup. 🙃

I purchased Biofuel because Amazon said the two items went together. This listing should be clear as to what product should be used as a fuel and include a link to the appropriate product. It’s useless without the correct flame material and I have no idea what to purchase for it.

Love it. It is beautiful to watch. BUT!!! When my projector shut down with an over heated error message, I removed the filter to discover that it was TOTALLY clogged with thick, black soot! So was the air conditioning filter! Yesterday, I mopped the ceiling. The first stroke of warm, sapy water revealed a layer of black soot. Walls, ceiling fan, art on the walls. Holly CARP!! What a MESS!! Fumes are tolerable, but I wonder what my lungs look like.
