We loved the clean lines of this product. We bought it in May and, now that the weather is warm enough, tried it outside for the first time. It will Not. Stay. Lit. Even the slightest breeze extinguishes the flame. We used the fuel recommended in the product instructions, too! We brought it inside and relit it so see how it works indoors. It did stay lit, but we bought it to use outdoors. Sadly, we are just past the date when we could have returned it. We now have a very expensive concrete paperweight. Huge disappointment.

Not worth the money paid for it. I was better off getting a real for pit. The fire doesn’t stay lit for more than a minute

Almost burned my garage down. No response. I think they are out of business.

Received an did not work left it to charge an it still did not! The way you have to charge it is stupid! This DOESN’T even deserve 1STAR!!!!!!!

I had very high expectations considering the high price. The fire pit arrived broken and the side scratched by the pieces that broke off.

This product cracked within one month of use.

Every ceiling in my home needs to be painted! Soot everywhere!!! All my windows and every window covering needs to be replaced or scrubbed😤

This item arrived damaged in two places. The seller has been really hard to communicate with in regards to getting a replacement. The item may be great but I recommend researching a different seller in case you also run into issues with your product being damaged.
