If you have tight muscles whether its your back or legs...this works great! My wife has had leg and hip problems for a year now. I used this on her legs, for about 5 mins each, every night for about a week. She now has hardly any pain in either leg or hip due to tight muscles. We are in our mid 50s and found this to be a lifesaver.

I use the STK Contour in my online group personal training class. I love it, but more importantly, my participants love it! This is a fantastic option for clients who cannot get down on the floor to use a foam roller. We use the rollers in our warmup to prepare for movement, and in the cool down to help with recovery.
