The fan did not work as described.

The fan was great but quit working 5 days after the return was allowable!!!!!

This fan died after using it occasionally for two months. Its beyond the return period so now I am stuck with a fan that does not work

I would suggest finding another product Amazon loves! I had this fan in my bedroom and it didn’t keep me cool and the swivel function completely stopped the fan and would not continue to work. It is not worth the hassle, find another option!

We bought this fan for our sons room but we can't even use it because it smells like burning plastic & makes his entire room unbearable to be in. UPDATE: Customer service had emailed me and sent us a new/different fan as a replacement and we absolutely love it! They were on top of helping us & sending a free replacement.

Product didn’t blow that much cold air. It was ok. On the highest setting. Then it just stopped working. 34 days after buying it , so I can’t even return it! What a waste of money

Stand is missing - worthless.

This fan has been used inside only less than 20 times. It stopped working and will not power on.

The media could not be loaded. So I had this product for a couple months now and I never hard a problem until now I have never moved it nor done anything all I did was set it in my room and it stayed there it won’t cut on any more I check my plugs and they where fine until I moved the fan and it peeped and then turned off it’s the wire coming out from the fan

Worked excellently for about 6 weeks and then suddenly the fan stopped spinning. Received a replacement, and yet again, it stopped working after about 6 weeks. I really liked it while it was working, though! Very quiet. Too bad it’s faulty.
