The media could not be loaded. The fan is nice but no remote came with it even though the instructions said they supposed to be there.

Noise level is not too bad and the remote is nice, as well as connecting to Alexa. It just moves air around, doesn’t seem to cool very much.

Not good enough

well it just started making noise when it's on oscillate not very good at night when your trying to sleep also room temp indicator not working always showing 94 or 92 deg.

The media could not be loaded. In the video my phone picked up 80% the noise on level 2 of speed. I wish I could give it a 3.7-3.9 stars if I could. I spent 5mins to unpack and set up everything. I like it because of the functions they offer from the menu. The only thing kept me back from give it a 4-5 stars because the quiet mode. That’s all. If the fan is completely quiet I will give it a 4.5 max. Period.

I like that its slim and doesnt take up much space. I was expecting it to be a bit stronger than my old school fan but it’s basically the same. Wont really cool down a room but feels good up close.

This doesn't blow the coolest air, compared to traditional fans. With having said that, it's sleek and comfortable enough during 80 degree days and nights. It's also more convenient for those who don't want to get up from where they're sitting. Have owned this for two months and so far so good.

Latency. (When you hit a button on a remote and it’s a 1/2 second before the device reacts. ). Forget using a phone to control this fan. The provided remote is better - but still slow to reset rotation

I just bought this Fan to replace my old one that I've had for many years, honestly it does not compare to my old fan the strength of the air was much harder you really could feel it and enjoy it in this hot weather. This new one does not meet my expectations its so disappointing specially when the price was a high one. I am not the one to return items so mostly likely I will have to just keep this one and deal with it until I am able to save for a better one.

This is an ok tower fan but the quality vs price isn't good.The fan's 4th highest setting barely gets the job done. The material its made out of is ok.. The blu tooth wi fi feature NEVER worked PERIOD. You have to download its app in addition to setting up an account with email and wi fi password. I tried several times connecting to the blu tooth wi fi from various distances and....NOTHING 👎The whole process could've been simplified. I'd just use the remote instead. I paid $20-$25 more than this is actually worth. Beware❗👎3Stars out of 5
