I wanted to buy a fan connected to Alexa. This one looked good, so I was excited to try it out. In spring, the fan was ok, fine air flow and nice technology; as the summer hit, this fan turned out to be a waste of money. No good air circulation, the room stays hot and I can get some relief only if I stand in front of the fan, otherwise, I wouldn't feel any difference.

Don't waste your time, it stopped functioning properly after a few months. I reached out to support and they offered no assistance or warranty exchange. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Owned this fan for about 1 week until it just wouldnt turn on anymore. It worked well for the first week but then it must have blown a fuse or something? The outlet it was plugged into still works, and I tried the fan in another outlet in my home but still nothing. Pretty disappointing and tried to look up online if it could be fixed or what could have happened to it but couldn't find anything.

It only works 5 minutes, we test the mute option and stop working. Wase of money

Works great until it abruptly doesn’t. I had it in operation for less than 3 months. No amount of resetting brings it back. I have another one still in the box. I hope it lasts longer than 3 months. Wasted money. Super disappointed.

Does not cool. Just a tower fan.

The fan is unefffective at cooling down a room. It only circulates hot air.

It has a loud humming sound as soon as you turn it on. And it's definitely not "Quiet at All Speeds" as they claim. It's not operating at 34 dB noise level in any mode.
