Great fan, but skip the Alexa model and just get the basic one. The Alexa model is more trouble than it's worth, you can't use Alexa for all the settings, and ultimately we ended up just using the remote anyway.

for the price, this fan is great! My home has no ac unit and I needed something portable that I could use to keep the room cool. It’s great for small rooms and the noise level has been surprisingly better than others I’ve seen. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something portable, efficient, and needing some air to keep you cool during this warm season!

Nice fan. Great that it works with Alexa and has an app. . The push buttons on the front of the fan are not quite as response. Need to have real buttons.

Working from home is great. But the problem can sometimes be creating a comfortable work environment in a small space. This has a small footprint, good air output, and a remote so you can control it without leaving your desk when you are busy. A family member has put this to good use in this way and is very pleased with the cooling provided.

That was the selling pont for me, the ability to clean the inside of the fan, from dirt an build up. I had one tower fan, I took apart to clean an oil, an was unable to get it put back together. It does have.

Being able to easily take this thing apart for cleaning is the main reason I gravitated towards this model. I've had dust & cat hair really mess up my other fans in the past. Aside from that it's pretty quiet & decently powerful for it's size. The phone app & Alexa integration are nice too. *Additional Note - The only thing wrong with this fan is the internal thermostat. It never registers the correct temperature. It’s always 8 to 10 degrees off. It’ll be 75 in the room, but 85 according to the fan.

I can confirm positive and negative comments about this fan. I own two. One is perfectly quiet and another one has noisy motor. I don't like to return my purchases so I investigated the problem and fixed by applying small pressure to the motor shaft in one direction. For that I used a nylon hook and a small spring.

My first unit that I received was great, until a week in i noticed that it would have a purring sound. I emailed customer service and was able to get a new one on behalf of Amazon. This is a great fan. I love using it in the summer and the ability to use it with Alexa is great plus. I am officially a DREO fan. It has such a great look too.

It’s hard to write a really enthusiastic review about a fan. This one works as described, remote and app are easy to use. My only criticism is that the control panel on the fan itself is difficult to use. To manually adjust it on the fan itself, you have to barely touch the buttons to select but pressing too hard won’t have them work. And the fan is wobbly so you have to hold the fan to press the buttons which causing you to subconsciously press the buttons harder so they end up not working
