I originally ordered a "used" version of this fan from Amazon, and I got sent the wrong fan (the non-smart version). After getting the replacement, it's been great! I was able to pretty easily connect it to WiFi and to my Alexa devices. The only thing that bugs me is the LOUD beeping sounds it makes whenever it turns on/off or you change a setting. It's fine, but it's loud. To be fair, I really haven't looked up whether there's a way to turn the beeps off (or at least turn the volume down). The fan itself is pretty powerful, pretty decent looking (honestly, tower fans are not great to look at anyway), and the fan noise isn't super loud itself (other than those dang beeps). Highly recommend!

My son's room just cant get cool and this device helps him sleep so much better and works great with the bluetooth connection

Great product! Quiet during operation and oscillation until you crank that bad boy up to 4. Alexa connectivity and function is fantastic as well. Didn’t even know that was a thing until I was looking for a new fan. Haven’t even used the remote. Couldn’t be happier.

Our other tower fan died so we were looking for a new one. This one came up after searching for the amenities we desired. The remote can turn the fan off an on as well as level and if you want the buttons on the remote to be silent. You can adjust the type of air you would like and how longs you want the fan to run. Excellent product!
