These batteries do not last very long. I change my smoke detector batteries once a year as suggested and this brand lasted maybe 3 months. What a pain to change them out so often!!!

Bull crap description saying (reusable/rechargeable) and these are non rechargeable

I plug in a brand new 9V battery. Immediately I hear a loud hissing noise. I google "lithium 9V battery hissing noise" and Google says the "Battery is going into thermal overload and may possibly explode". Bruh.

I installed one of these in my driveway sensor. The sensor is only activated occasionally due to low traffic volume. It lasted one month average temperature weather (55°). A bunny alkaline battery usually lasts 6 months. I would not recommend.

I put these batteries in the item I want to power, and I get a surge of power, and then nothing. I tried both of them and it’s the same story. Very disappointed that I can’t return these.

Amazon offers an amazing line of products to counter the need to purchase exorbitant name-brand products. However, sometimes that doesn't work out so well. In this case, these batteries would have been perfectly priced considering the "Bunny's" bats are super expensive, and they have a high # of solid 5-star reviews. I read some reviews that mentioned they were too large, but I saw so many other positive reviews where they worked out just right. So I took a leap of faith.When I tried to insert them into my smoke detectors, I was immediately reminded of all the reviews noting how large they are. Yes, these batteries are just a hair too large to fit into very confined spaces, such as smoke detectors. They may work well for other things, where the battery compartment isn't as confined, but smoke detectors tend to have the *exact* amount of space—and not a hair more—for the 9V bat.I highly recommend you look elsewhere and avoid buying these if you need them your smoke detectors.

I purchased a 12 pack of these batteries, they advertise a 10 year shelf life. the first battery that I put in a wall clock didn't last as long as the previous Energizer battery. I thought ok, the cost of the battery will offset changing them more often. as the time went on, I was changing them more frequently. I was on my sixth battery last week, and the clock had quit runnig 2 months after I changed the battery. I installed a new Amazon battery from the same batch I had bought, and it's dead. I tried the remaining batteries, and all were dead. I can't recomend this product. It would have been cheaper, and less hassle to stick with Energizer batteries.
