This seems completely new to me. It didn't come in the original box, but there was absolutely zero dust in or on it. It looks brand new and never used or anything. I think a more accurate term is "open-box". Maybe someone bought it and didn't like the color or something. Shipping took a while, but I expected that.

I love my vaccuum clearner. This is my second Shark vaccuum cleaner and wouldn't buy any other brand because nothing works better than a Shark. Its suction is powerful, light weight and easy to empty. Looking for a vacuum cleaner I highly recommend you getting a Shark. If you have back trouble its so light weight and easy to push. I suffer with arthritis in spine and hips and my Shark makes it so easy to clean my floors, furniture and anything else that need to use vacuum cleaner for.

The suction is great (it is a Shark), the swivel base is so easy and responsive it glides the vacuum anywhere. I have a bad back and I really, really like the tool attachments because there is no cannister, or lift away, just the hose, handle, and attachment at the end, lightweight! It reaches up to the ceiling easily, and has great tool suction. It glides easily across the floors and works great on carpet too. It is a refurbished vacuum and I have NO problems at all with that because the vacuum is and works like brand new. Try it and see, and if you have back problems, I know you will agree with me! Awesome buy and price, like brand new!!

Cleans deep and love the swivel action of the head. Handle drops down so I don't have to move the coffee tables every time I vacuum. A real back saver.

This item works well, we have a new one at other property.. The renewed one works just as well. Would buy again..

I was looking for an affordable but good vacuum. I found the refurbished side of Amazon and found this. It came like grand new and has worked amazing. I have pets and children and this has been a great vacuum for those messes.
