I was very skeptical of purchasing this product at first because It was describe as pre-used. However I have used shark vacuum clearers before and the ones that I have used still work. This vacuum cleaner arrived in mint condition, it was basically brand new when I unboxed it. This vacuum cleaner has great suction and the hose if used correctly can stretch up to approximately 13 feet. It is easy for me to carry up and down the stairs. I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner for anyone that is looking for good vacuum for a good price.
