With school coming up we had played around with the curling iron on her hair to try different things for school. The rod heats up quickly and stays heated up to be able to keep using to get her hair done. The curls turned out great and were easy to pick thru to make her hair wavy.

It can get very hot so be careful. I also recommend not getting too big of a barrel depending on the types of curls you desire. I have found that the barrel is pretty big even on long hair in regards to a decent curl that will hold. If you like more of a natural or beach wave, then the bigger barrel is probably what you want for this look for. This tool heats up fast and stays hot, which is also important to me.
