No matter how hot this curling iron gets, it WILL NOT CURL YOUR HAIR! Strangest thing ever. Will be returning

Curl did not hold at all, the first curls I did had fallen by the time I finished my head. I have medium but thin hair, naturally wavy, it does have a hard time holding a curl overall but this iron was worse than usual. Returned.

I bought this when my cheap Conair iron died, after 6 years of use. I thought I would get a better quality iron if I paid more and it looked fancier. I was wrong. The spring sticks open, then snaps shut at will. I've burned myself more times than I can count. After 3 months of use, and some burn scars, I'm pitching it over the moon. Maybe I just got a dud, but it sure has soured me on this brand.

It doesn’t hold a curl.. that’s weird. I will be returning it. The curler feels and looks nice though. That’s it.

Won’t curl my hair at all :( I use all types of things to curl my hair including straighteners and this won’t do anything. The waves it did put in, fell within minutes. I was so sad. Definitely shouldn’t be 40$

Looks high end but it doesnt heat up. first day i used it noticed part of the top was loose. very disappointed in this product

Do not waste your money. Usually Hot Tools is a great product, but I did not like this one . This curling iron doesn’t get hot enough to curl thick, long coarse hair.

I bought this curler for my work travel to Atlanta I hadn’t tried using it until today 1/13/22 and it never heated up I’ve plugged it in various outlets the light turns on and doesn’t heat up at all I’ve left it on for over an hour and nothing. I don’t have the box anymore. I just messaged that I’d like a replacement or a full refund. This is disappointing I’m a loyal target shopper and this is my first bad review

So strange. My curls are fine using the other wands and irons I have but with this one they fall completely straight within 5 minutes. Even with hairspray and holding scrunched until they are cool.
