Ordered two. Sooooo wanted to love these. First one arrived and the pole would not line up with the base. Finally made it work and pole was crooked. Second one arrived. Box was crushed. No screw or Allen wrench. Base and pole damaged. Contacted seller about the first one but haven’t heard back. Ordered replacement for second one and fingers crossed.UPDATE: seller agreed to send a replacement, so that helps (if it works correctly). : )

Its been a year of use and started to get screw connection weak and getting metal powder showing up as shown in pic. I think it’s health hazardous so needed to toss. Besides, when I put phone horizontal, it didn’t stay up rotation angle. Not steady as expected.

The stand has become loose and doesn't hold the phone or tablet up anymore.
