The freezer gives a popping sound about evert 20 minutes

It got cold rather fast, I liked that part. However it only gave the option to get delivered... this thing showed up out of the box with the largest dent in it, decided to just keep it rather than deal with the hassle of returning and getting another damaged product.

First it arrived three days early. It had no dents or scratches. And started freezing quickly. It fits perfect in my utility room and was just what I needed for extra foods during these difficult times. I would recommend this product.

Perfect size for extras I can't fit in my regular freezer without overcrowding. Not a lot of room, but exactly what I wanted. Received with a small dent all the way through the metal on the side. It doesn't seem to be affecting the use and deep freezing ability. Seller and I came to an amicable resolution regarding the damage without my having to wait for a new unit. I did have the option to return if I chose however. Love how much room this little freezer affords me! Overall a great buy and fast service.
