Comes in a sturdy cardboard box. The plastic fells thick. I got it on soft pink and the color is exactly as shown on the pictures. The only thing is that there is no release button to open it: you just grab it in both hands and pull the "arm" away from the "body", and because it's tight, I feel like I'm doing something wrong and I'm gonna break it...

Can’t wait to use this on my next trip.

I like the overall use and seems to be well built . It is a bit bulky when you close it up and put it up but I enjoyed the multi position it can be used in.

I have used this on a few flights and it's a nice 'gadget'. It's tough to adjust when it's fixed on the side of the table (hard to open the adjusting side). Doesn't fit on all airplanes but overall I'm happy with this. I actually bought these for my teenaged kids as a gift. They didn't really think these were necessary & have not really used them. ( maybe not meant for the teen group?). I couldn't figure out how to turn it in all directions which is why I rated it 4 stars. Overall, if you like gadgets give this a try.

The quality is ok, it is all plastic. I feel I have to be slightly careful with it as to not use too much force to get it into a position. The rotational axis has indents that it aligns to and it may mean you have to choose a position that is not exactly what you want. I'm happy to have it as an option to use on a plane, and after personally holding a coworkers phone we were using for navigation in a rental car, I'm going to remember to have it handy to use in there too.

Can’t wait to try this next month on a longer flight. It’s sturdy and easy to set up.

It did the job on my flight. Fit on the plane seat back. Phone stayed in place. Would be awesome if it had a tilt function.

Kind of depends on which airline you’re flying. And then which kind of travel tray you have in front of you. Because I was on a delta international flight and this did not work in the way that the picture indicates but I did get it to work. It’s a little awkward to open. Feels like you’re gonna break it. I was hoping to use it more than I did. I guess if you’re a frequent flyer, it would be helpful. It’s small to travel with and I might use it on other flights.

I have only used this twice on my last trip but loved how I didn't have to hang onto my phone to watch movies on the plane. Previously I had purchase an adjustable thing that holds your phone and goes around your neck. While this works well, it can be kind of a pain to have something wrapped around you in order to hold your phone. There are some limitations to what this will grab onto but on a normal airplane, you should be able to find something that will suit your needs. I wouldn't travel by plane again without it!

Aside from not liking my phone case, this is a fantastic product. The case can slip out of the grip. Also, my work table is too thick to clamp it to but, since it's stable enough to stand on it's own, I don't mind that.
