Actually it seems to be pretty useful so far. I have an every Saturday zoom meeting, and was getting tired trying to hold my phone in position for 40 minutes at a time, so I bought this. I tried it this last Saturday, and it worked just fine. The coil is very stiff, and difficult to bend, so it might not do well with being changed a lot from one position to another. If I discover problems, I'll try to re-post, but for the time being, I'm pretty happy with it. It saved my hand from cramping.
